No view in the twin room, was on to other rooms and dark. Carpet badly sagging and dirty. Cleanliness not up to standard, hairs in bathroom, floor not cleaned. Chair dirty and marked. Disappointing.

Cardiff Park Plaza great stay
Though we were guaranteed a 3pm check in, our room wasn’t ready. But-this town saw 75k people descend upon it for a Taylor Swift concert, so I would imagine that all hotels were 100% full. And we were allowed to use the fitness center to get ready and they stored our bags for us. Plus they allowed a late check out today. So service has been wonderful. Room is spacious and feels modern. Ordered room service at midnight and it arrived quickly. Definitely recommend the Cardiff Park Plaza. It’s an easy walk to the train station, the Municipality Stadium and the main town area with surprisingly good shopping and restaurants!
