Wonderful city hotel
Really good stay, it’s so close to everything most thing was about a 10 min walk. We mainly came to Cardiff for the Christmas market and was surprised with how close everything was to the hotel. Very clean and quirky rooms, they also offer a room with a view or a quiet room, we chose the one with a view even so you couldn’t hear the noise from the city centre, highly recommend to anyone looking for a city centre hotel!We parked on Richmond road there’s a car park there and it cost us £20 for all 3 days.

A superb city centre but quiet hotel
This is a truely wonderful find. A lovely comfy hotel with bright friendly staff in the middle of Cardiff. Fantastic warm shower and comfortable bed and pillows. All you could ask for in terms of added provision (iron ironing board hair drier shampoo towels etc). Top rating from me.

Excellent choice for City centre
Very smooth and friendly check in. Room was clean and very comfortable with complimentary soft and alcoholic drinks to enjoy. Tried the bar on level 6 and enjoyed pre show cocktails in the smart lounge. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The stand-out of the hotel as well as the above, is the friendliness of all the staff

Lovely room
Lovely hotel in central location for everything you need! Room was lovely, robes provided which was a nice touch. The only thing I could moan about was how squishy the pillows were, like my head would sink into them they were not supportive at all even with two! But everything else was lovely!

We like this place and enjoy staying here. You enter and exit via a noisy mall but the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Only minor gripe was that our bed was stripped and then it was some hours before the room was cleaned and tidied. Left us to roam the streets, unexpectedly, between events in the morning and the late afternoon. The reception staff are great and very helpful. Really liked our room and the big breakfast buffet on the top floor was very welcome.

Breakfast staff were amazing with one server actually remembering what we had the previous days. Quite the feat with so many guests staying. Translation of Welsh on menus needs revising as incorrect. I'd definitely stay there again as central, clean and great breakfast.
