Lovely staff..... not nice rooms
The reception staff afe so welcoming and very helpful, When in the rooms this is where i was very disappointed, there was cracks in the wall and stains, the dressing unit was cracked and i recieved a couple splinters whilst getting ready, the room was very warm and the small opening does lrovide some air but when you sleep you have to decide whether you want some light or fresh air. There is a fan provided but no so kets by the bed so once your in bed you can not feel the cooler air Black out blinds work perfect.

I was disappointed my room was not cleaned during my stay. Seems the onus is on the room incumbent to put a notice on the door if you want cleaned and this card was hidden behind the do not disturb sign I’d suggest they reverse this policy to make it your rooms cleaned unless you state otherwise

Disappointing, nice but not worth the price
Staff were excellent as was the location. Buffet breakfast was really good with a great choice and the bed was comfy. Room was average and very tired looking, all the furniture was scratched or in need of replacement with some light bulbs missing as well. There is also no room safe for valuables or air conditioning. With it being a part out the Radisson group and costing £300 a night I expected more

Absolutely fantastic stay here. Checkin was pleasant. Customer service was great. We had a complimentary room upgrade, chocolate and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and atttactive But unfortunately for me the only let down was the king bed the mattress was too hard and uncomfortable and I had a back ache and did not sleep well due to uncomfortable mattress
