Great hotel but Jacuzzi is not actually available.
Lovely hotel in a great location, superb rooms and really relaxed atmosphere. You'll have to pay for parking or know the city and park for free 15min walk away. Pool was great but the big let down was the jacuzzi wasnt working and it one of the reasons I chose the hotel over another close by. Didn't see any clear notice of this when booking or prior to arrival, that it would be out if action.

Pretty decent. I'd stay again.
A nice hotel with very friendly staff. Clean but a little dated. As an example, USB plug sockets sould be standard nowadays. Anything else is dated or being done to a budget. Its probably a good 3 star rather than a 4 star hotel. Evening meal read well on the menu, but the execution was poor and quite a disappointment. However, they were busy because of Beaujolais Day, so may have been a one off. Breakfast on the other hand was fantastic and very well stocked. Overall a pleasant experience and I would stay again.
