Got a gas station across the street with anything u may need plus a Wendy’s late night eats and the room was beautiful I’ve stayed a lot of places and I would recommend this place any day

The property was nice. We really liked our room. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness. We found stains and hair on our bed linens, room was not cleaned very well. When we called the front desk to ask for clean linens, they made us come down to them to pick them up instead of sending someone up with them. Any other hotel where I've had any type of issue, whether it be sheets or towels or whatever, it was always brought to us as a convenience. Besides the front desk sounding very annoyed, everything else was great. Check in and out was quick and easy. Again, the property and the rooms were beautiful, they just need a better cleaning program in place.

Nice room, we stayed in the room with a sofa/separate bedroom. As we were leaving, the breakfast hours had already ended. The woman in charge of the breakfast area, saw us and welcomed us - allowed us to get a quick meal. What a pleasant surprise.

Dirty room, located near sewage plant
When arrived i was placed in a room with 1 queen bed and a pullout. I reserved a double queen. They said it was a third party mix up. Upon arriving to room it was terrible, fecal material all over toilet, guy from front desk "cleaned" it. Still had fecal matter under seat and found soap bar from last person in shower, obviously not cleaned and floors were obviously not vacuumed. Requested a switch. Moved to 2 queen room, beds not comfortable at all. No adjustment on bill for cheaper room or issues. Not price i was quoted. "Third party has to deal with it" Outside stinks as is near a sewage plant. Will not be recommending !

Was a little skeptical because this place was so reasonable priced but it was amazing! The room we booked was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was great and several interactions with staff and they were all very friendly! Would definitely stay here again

My husband and I travel frequently and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with this stay! Very warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are so kind and helpful. Very clean and quiet even though it is pet friendly. The breakfast was always amazing and Star made sure we had anything we could need! They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. The only down side was we were looking forward to the pool but was being repaired. Will absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone!!

We booked two rooms with queen size beds traveling with children. No one discloses the property is built next door to a sewerage plant the smell overwhelming. We had to look at 4 room all but the last not made up. Our room was closest to the plant with it immediately next door no air conditioning in the world could block the smell. Concern for water quality for drinking and bathing. Appeared Hampton Inn owned previously we know why they got out of there asap. It literally would have soiled their name forever. It should be disclosed prior to booking. Not sure of air quality safety and toxicity.
