All was good. Room, front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and particularly breakfast and breakfast staff. Very pleased with all. Couple areas to improve: more drawer space in the one BR suite, and fix the USB ports on the bedroom lights. Neither worked.

Much better than tourist hotel
Staff (Clara) checked us in with a friendly and respectful manner **. Pool and breakfast room were B+. The property needs some work to upgrade the bathrooms. I’d stay here again!

A sub par experience
The place is severely understaffed. When we reached there at 3.30 Pm, there was a long line to checking in with just one person. After checkin at 4 pm when we reached to the room it was still bring cleaned . Lastly, the breakfast in the morning was always out of many things because one person was responsible for cleaning , bringing food and coffee station. The rooms are super small with doors hitting the bed and not opening fully. The interior looks old . Overall the place doesn't feel like a Best Western. Only saving grace was that in spite of limited staff , they all served with a smile.
