This hotel was among the worst I stayed at! First off, it was FILTHY! Both rooms I was given had cobwebs in just about every corner. The second room I was given had a HUGE cobweb hanging down from the entryway ceiling, and I had to call the front desk to have them send over someone right away to clean it. The cobweb was dusty, and had obviously been there a long time! Then both room had flying bugs in them that I kept having to kill. In fact, at night, I would keep the bathroom and entryway lights on in order to ensure the bugs remained on that side of the room, and not near the beds. What's more, it is painfully evident that the fixtures are old, dilapidated, and not well maintained. In the second room, the body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispenser--which is normally mounted on the wall of the shower--was down on the floor of the shower, and I had to remove the bottles individually in order to use them. And I just want to mention the spiders and the cobwebs again...because they were literally in every corner--particularly by the windows. I will not be staying here again. In fact, I'll make sure to spend a lot more money to stay at a safer and more hygienic hotel.

The staff is always very nice here but we were a little disappointed that we couldn't get into our room until 5:00 p.m. also we had to wait till 11:00 for the pool to be open because it hadn't been cleaned yet and when they did clean it, the spa was left dirty and overflowing. So we couldn't use it at all. We were a little disappointed on this trip. We stayed there many times and it's always been very relaxing just a little disappointed in this one

Clean, nice staff, bit uncomfy bed and really loud
We were in a downstairs room next to the stairs. Family with kids let them run up and down the stairs and because it was hard flooring, every sound was SO LOUD. Sounded like there was no insulation.Bed was really hard and uncomfy but the pillows were nice! Staff was super friendly and nice! Room was clean!
