The home is remodeled, 4 Bedrooms and 2 baths, stunning beautiful front yard landscape, & backyard patio outdoor couch set, outdoor dining set with umbrella and BBQ grill. You will be safe as our home is professionally cleaned with disinfecting household cleaners before every new stay. (Covid 19 protocol)

Equipt with all the amenities to cook your favorite meals away from home. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen, and then dine together at the indoor table for six or outside on the furnished patio.

Backyard:
There is a 4 burner BBQ Grill and large outdoor patio table with 6 chairs and room for 8 people. The outdoor Sofa and chairs is the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and attached bathroom with private beautiful shower.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with 2 nightstands and large closet.

The 4th bedroom has a day bed with two twin beds a desk with chair and kids friendly decor.

Things to know before you book:
The house is located in a quiet & safe neighborhood. This home is only suitable for quieter groups. We expect our guests to conduct themselves with respect to the neighborhood accordingly.
• Pets are not allowed
• No Parties or Events allowed
• No smoking (including vaping) is allowed on or inside of the property, including the front and back yards.
• Maximum overnight guests: 8
• Minimum age to primary guest: 24

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in loss of part or all of your deposit.

Check-in / Check out:
Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact. Our home is secured with a digital lock, and each guest receives a personalized code. We will send your code with entry instructions one day before your arrival.
In addition to the keypad lock you will be provided with a key to the lower lock. We ask that you lock the lower lock as well as the keypad every-time you leave the house.
