The property is very nice, with many appointments, The staff overall was very personable and supportive. The location is excellent, the beach, restaurants, and culture steps away. We appreciated the heads-up on construction. It did not have a negative impact on us. Noise in the hallway and in the adjoining room late at night and well into the early morning were the only negatives. We are hopeful to stay again just after the first of the year this time with adjoining rooms.

Wonderful stay, thank you for the coffee every morning, the daily activities, and great staff! Natasha at the front desk was so helpful and Carlos at night found us plastic ware for our late night snack!

They were under repairs which they notified us of only a week before arrival. Room wifi was down all week. Neighbor noise was too much. Instructions on housekeeping were misleading as it did not include the hotel only the condominiums.

we had a room with a kitchen, but the refrigerator in it is very small, the pool is not as cool as described, very small, the jacuzzi is not hot but barely warm, the balcony in the room is connected to the neighbors and you can go to their room or they to our room! There was a restaurant nearby where they constantly shout. It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep.

Great hotel right on the beach. Walking distances to so many restaurants and shopping. If you like a hotel bar or restaurant, there isn’t one but right next door is both. I’d stay here again.
