I went out of my way to write a review which I have rarely have done. Booked a couple of nights for a much needed vacation for me & my daughter. Plan was to take her to Legoland and give myself a couple of days relaxing with the pool; not leave for anything else. It was in the middle of a business center so the area was just packed with cars coming in and out of the area. Scooters and bikes coming out of nowhere. My biggest issue was practically everyone that worked there, with the exception of about two people. Everyone seemed miserable & annoyed to be working there. I was given attitude by almost everyone w/anything I asked like food/drinks. I was given the wrong info on breakfast so I had to scramble From the front desk, everyone at the bar and restaurant, and anyone I asked a question to. I didn't know I had to roll in my own stuff so I assumed they had bellhops when I saw luggage carts. When I asked the front desk, they were so bewildered that I even asked. I just said forget it and did it on my own. Every one seemed so bothered that by the first night I was nervous to order a drink or any food. I felt I was bothering them and felt the tension. Did not change rest of trip. Running out of room so the other stuff: Ants in room, roaches & a huge spider all over my stuff at pool. Cleaning services were not prompt I had to take out my own trash a few times. No food or drinks during 10-5 so I had to leave to go get stuff which so much for a relaxing vacation.

I had a nice stay here and would definitely come back. The staff were friendly and eager to help. My room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfy, which was all I really needed. The furniture and decor weren’t the most exciting—definitely a bit worn—but everything worked just fine. I’d pass on paying for the in-house breakfast next time; there are tastier spots nearby.

Hotel was good. However they turn the A/C off at night! Chose this hotel because it had A/C. They turned it back on in the morning around 6:30. Was really disappointed. Other from that bed was very comfortable, shower had good pressure. Breakfast was great!

We love this hotel have stayed here many times. There are tons of things for the kids to do in the courtyard and also upon checking out the lady at the front desk allowed our kids to pick out a special toy for the drive home.
