Room smelt of old stale smoke. Walls are an off white due to smoke, sheets were yellow, spider in tub, cracked sink. STAFF was not helpful you would ask for one thing and she would do the complete opposite, I witnessed it happen to prior guest. I HAVE PRIOR HOTEL EXPERIENCE yes this may be a motel but highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the hospitality and cleanliness/ smell of the room.

My room was very clean and it smelled very good. Had couple of maintenance issues but after the maintenance employee came and left everything was fixed and working in such a short time. Love the staff & the rooms here!

The general manager here changed my entire stay. Alin was very helpful and walked me to my room and made sure I had everything in the room. He even got me an extra blanket because I was cold and made sure I had some extra towels. Gave me a courtsy call after I checked in to make sure I was happy. I’m so glad I picked this hotel to stay at. I will definitely come back! Thank you

The front desk Kiki is so friendly and sweet. She provided me the best service I have ever had. Made sure I knew everything about the hotel, area; and the city. I loved the fact that she gave me a courtesy call 20 mins after I checked in to made sure I made it safe and that everything was good. She made my stay 20/10
