We are located in Carlsbad Village, less then a block from the beach and the beach access, just a block from downtown Carlsbad. You can literally walk to local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and the train station. The unit is in a twenty one unit garden low rise apartment complex, there are three buildings with a courtyard and swimming located in the center of the complex.

Best location and place to stay
It was the best location and the apartment was absolutely better than I imagined, with great mattress, quality utensils and cooking stuff. The managers went out of her way to take care of everything and accommodate all my needs. I will for sure be back.

Clean, comfortable apartment, had what we needed. The provided beach gear—wagon, chairs, umbrella —made our beach day comfortable. Outdoor shower helped minimize sand. There was some noise from the street but we still slept well.

Can’t beat this location!
My Mom and my Aunt stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect and the place was clean and safe, which is important for 2 single ladies, traveling from another state. Lily was quick to respond as well to last minute questions upon check in and check out.

Amazing condo by the beach
We loved everything about our stay in Carlsbad. The condo is beautiful and filled with everything you need. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and a lovely private patio space. Having all the beach chairs, umbrells and wagon for 4 people was wonderful. We loved walking the few blocks to the beach. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance too. Easy check in.

Fantastic for a family of 4
We had a lovely stay in the Carslbad area. This location is a short walk to the beach and to local restaurants. There was everything at the property for beach going. (beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys and a wagon). For those planning a day at lego land it is only a 15 minute drive away! We were also able to get grocery delivery to this location to make some meals in during our stay. Highly recommend for a family of four!

Great location in Carlsbad
We stayed at this property in 2019, and found it again on VRBO. Great location, comfortable for sleeping, cooking, hanging out. Laundry on site, pool, too. Two very short blocks to the beach, two blocks to downtown, we walked everywhere. Secure parking, and a charger for our hybrid vehicle. We'll be back!

One of the best equipped condos we’ve ever stated at. The condo was spacious and the beds very comfortable! Appreciate the beach items although we did not use them, weather was a bit cool for spending a day at the beach. Truly enjoyed being able to walk to the village for food and entertainment. It was our first time visiting Cali. This VRBO was in a superb location within walking distance to all the fun shops and beach. You want to see beautiful sunsets, stay here! The condo was nice, quiet and comfortable. Unit was well stocked with pretty much all you would need, (except for beach towels, bummer!) It was so close to the beach and the village, we walked everywhere! The beds were very comfortable, the AC unit and fans provided made it pleasant to sleep. Down side, the guest bedroom tv didn’t have cable but Roku, with no instructions for use. I got so frustrated with it the first night I ended up watching Netflix and Amazon Prime on my iPad the rest of the vacation. Next, the house seemed clean but the tile floors (at least in places) were very dirty. After walking around in bare feet, my feet were filthy. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend. I would suggest an upper unit if available for a better view of your surroundings, it’s so pretty there. The buildings, grounds, pool and common areas are all very well maintained.
