This hotel was perfect for my stay with my 2 kids for our visit to American Dream Mall. The room was clean, modern and fresh. Beds were comfortable with several different pillows types in terms of firmness/ softness. In room fridge and microwave were very convenient. The breakfast was good and a money saver. Took a Lyft car to American Dream for about $10 each way which only took 5mins. We were able to get a good workout in the gym. All the staff were really nice and friendly. As an added bonus, the hotel has a bus stop right outside that goes straight into New York! The fare was only $9.75 for the 3 of us to go to NY port authority and only took 20mins. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to American Dream Mall.

We got a room with a pull out bed for my toddler. When we took the cushions off the couch for the bed there was a bunch of pills in tbe couch. Super gross and unsafe. Imagine if my toddler found them first.

Excellent stay with springhill. Friendly staffs and always willing to help. Very clean and location is great. Taking NJ transit and takes about 25 min to get to Port Authority terminal which is minutes walk to time square. Breakfast was abundant but ends a little early at 9 am daily.
