Direct access to the back patio, makes it easy to slip out for a late night soak in the hot tub or with your first cup of Joe. Upstairs, above the Primary Suite, is situated the junior Primary suite. Equally as luxurious, it offers a king bed, gas fireplace and ensuite bath. Families will be comfortable in the second floor west, which houses two additional guest rooms as well as casual living room. For those in your group, requiring a private space, the guest apartment is the answer. It provides a separate entrance, king bed, small sitting area and ensuite bath.
Though centrally located, the gated driveway provides privacy and access to a two-car garage connected by a short walkway to the residence.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time and Night Time Occupancy is 12, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 10.
2. Parking for 6 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
4. Notice to Boaters - Unfortunately Tahoe Getaways is unable to provide watercraft of any kind to our guests. Boaters are advised to provide their own dingy for buoy shuttling.
5. During drought years, the pier may be too shallow to navigate for some boats.
6. TRPA requires boat inspection/certification and a clean boating certification sticker must be procured.
