The room was ok. The bathtub wouldnt hold water because the stopper was broken and even thought i let the front desk know it was never fixed during my stay. Lignting in the room seemed a bit inadequate and the types of lighting we had were mishmashed and didnt match. The night light in the bathroom didnt work and the cabinet door that the mini fridge was in wouldt close all the way. A lot of this is somewhat minor but when there are other options lose to choose from you would expect better.

The staff especially Mike were amazing and very thoughtful and attentive. The water however never got hot enough to take a shower even after running the water for 10 minutes. The bathroom was dingy and there were hairs in the sink.

I couldn't get on the wifi. On asking at the front desk I was told the internet was out for weeks at the hotel. The clock in the room was broken, there were no cups in the room, and the cabinet door on the frig didn't letch causing a banged knee cap. On checking out the front desk clerk said the internet was fine. Someone lied to me. Bottom line. I couldn't long onto the internet. I travel to Philly and will not stay here again!

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was so/so nothing to write home about...it was weird that there was no dresser or Bible in the room. The property was clean and very conveniently had 2 restaurants, a Dunkin, McDonald's and other places in walking distance . I would recommend for a short stay .

Limited staff no sense of security or customer service Outside of building looked newer and more modern Older interior and elevators Room did not feel clean and there was a yellow pill/capsule near bed on floor which grandchild could have found and put in mouth if I did not see it upon entering Bathrooms had old dirt around borders and stains on walls that were not clean Older linens felt very worn Pool faced parking lot of big trucks no shrubs or privacy fencing No one at desk for check out
