This quad level vacation home is ideally located, just a short walk from the beach at access point #3, convenient to shopping, dining, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Fort Fisher Aquarium. The first level of this home is comprised of two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One bedroom having a queen size bed, the other furnished with a full size bed. One level up is the main living area with an open living room, dining area and kitchen with new appliances. Also on this level, is a queen bedroom and a full bath. This level also has an outdoor deck for socializing or unwinding after a long day at the beach! On the third level are two Master Suites, each furnished with a king size bed and each with a private bathroom and large walk-in closet. One suite has a jacuzzi jetted tub and a private deck. The 6th and 7th bedrooms are located on the 4th floor and perfect for children. One bedroom offers 2 single twin beds and the second bedroom provides a daybed with a trundle with a large flat screen Smart TV. Also on this level is a convertible futon and ½ bath. Above the fourth level is a shared rooftop sun deck with stunning views of the ocean and most of the Wilmington Beach region of the island. This deck is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset and listening to the waves crash!

With enough room for our extended family to spread out, we buoyed our annual beach trip. The rooftop deck was an added bonus and was able to see the Carolina beach fireworks on Thursday night (and no scary booms for the small children)!

Family Summer Vacay Ages 5-72
Property is very nice and clean. Carpet and appliances seemed pretty new. Parking can be tight, especially if adjoining house is occupied. We were able to park 4 cars without issue. There were 15 of us and we were able to spread out nicely or come together to hang out. No "green space" outside. Steps are steep, in case anyone has difficulty in that area. Crows nest on the roof has great views. Had a great time!
