Paradise awaits at this gorgeous, new townhouse located just two blocks away from the surf and the sand! This splendid, reverse floor-plan home offers an unbeatable location near restaurants, an ice cream parlor, convenience stores, supermarkets, and great attractions. For your sandy excursions, bring the provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and all-terrain wagon (located in the guest storage closet) to make beach visits truly memorable. Take one of the four provided adult cruiser bikes for a romantic ride or to indulge in sunset views from a nearby pier. Located less than a mile away, Carolina Beach Lake Park offers a park with a beautiful lake and a playground. Other fantastic attractions include the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Kure Beach Pier, Kure Beach, Freeman Park, Fort Fisher State Historic Site, and the North Carolina Aquarium At Fort Fisher.

The main living area is located on the upper level and boasts a contemporary open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is a wonderful gathering spot with comfortable sofas, a pull-out sofa bed, a coffee table stored with games for everyone to enjoy, and a 70" smart TV to keep you all entertained during your stay. A wooden desk nestled by the window provides natural light and serves as the perfect space for those who want to catch up on remote work. Attached to the living area is a lovely furnished balcony with great views of the ocean. Back inside, the chef's kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. A pristine coffee corner/wet bar will please all coffee enthusiasts in your group - find a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and a marble-topped bar cart, along with everything you need to prepare the ultimate beverage.

The second floor features two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a 60" TV, a seating area, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and frameless glass showers. One of the bedrooms offers an ocean-view balcony with comfy seating. The first floor has three additional bedrooms, each one with an en suite bath. Two of these three bedrooms have TVs, with the bedrooms toward the back of the home also having an attached furnished balcony for serene moments, no matter the time of day. Additional perks you will find include an elevator, a universal electric vehicle charger (outlet only, please bring your required charger), a Pack N' Play, beach chairs, and an outdoor Ping-Pong table.

It was perfect. There was one bicycle with a tire that did not hold air and the cover for the ping-pong table had a rip. Just letting you know that these minor maintenance issues were pre-existing to our visit.

Beautiful home very accurate , parking is a tight squeeze
The home was beautiful and more than expected . The parking underneath is not built for full sized vehicles.. once all vehicles are in place it makes it difficult to navigate in and out of property. Whomever designed this must drive a bug . If you are a plus sized person it is a very tight fit . The house was very clean and maintained ! Excellent.. But keep your suv at home . While it has an elevator . If handicapped it may be a rough transition with a ♿️.. had to pull into road to load and unload ..
