It is located steps from the beach, a one-minute walk. A well-appointed yard includes two dining tables, outdoor storage includes beach gear not limited to three soft surfboards, boogie boards, a variety of wet suits for beach toys, and a firepit to put your feet up after a day at the beach. This home can welcome ten guests, with three comfy bedrooms, one double futon, and linens for a comfortable couch.

We have one high-end futon bed upstairs, plus a new wrap-around couch in the TV room. A fully equipped kitchen, well appointed with excellent pots and pans and an abundance of cooking supplies. Everything you need to create excellent, memorable meals. An outdoor barbecue on the deck that enjoys an ocean view—a special place to cook and take in the delight of Rincon Point, watching surfers.
This is an "upside-down home" where the kitchen and living room are upstairs to make the most of the beautiful views. There is a dining area, a living room, and a TV room with a large-screen TV, sound system, books, and games—a wonderful home for families wanting to create lasting memories.
Close to the charming town of Carpinteria, you will find quaint shops, boutique clothing stores, antiquing, farmers' markets on Thursdays, and a good variety of dining. A beach community that has all the charm one could hope for.
The town of Santa Barbara is a 10-mile drive north up the 101 and has many activities, including, but not limited to, the harbor, shops, theater, and dining.
For the athletically inclined, beyond surfing, horseback riding on the beach, numerous hiking trails, and many bike trails. Ride your bike along the coast to Ventura. Your choice of non-stop action or sitting on a beach chair with a good book, Rincon Point Santa Barbara, Montecito, has it all!

We love families, as we are in a private, peaceful, small beach community. I want each guest to be warmly welcomed in this well-appointed beach home. The guests must contact Katie so the owners know who is renting their unique home. All dogs must be preapproved before they are included. You may instant-book, but you may have to cancel if you are not the right fit.
