Heated infinity pool (5.5 x 12) and its independent spa surrounded by large wooden beaches. Other stone terraces provide direct access to the wild scrubland, from where you can go for long walks on foot or mountain bike.

The most beautiful villa
I cannot find anything negative to say about this property. It is just perfect! I booked it to stay with friends for a week to celebrate my 50th birthday, and we had the most amazing time. The pool is beautiful, the view breathtaking and we will be back soon no doubt! Pascal, the owner, is also very friendly and communication has been easy. Thank you Pascal!

A villa with a view
The property was in an excellent location. It had all the amenities that everyone from toddlers to adults could need to make it a fun place to stay. The pool being the highlight for our family. The only thing I could say is clarify exactly what you will be getting during your stay as somethings we expected we didn’t get but that maybe the norm in France. However we had a fabulous time and would definitely stay in the area again in the future.

Amazing villa
The property had views to die for with a pool overlooking the sea. The property had excellent facilities including a pool table, table football, table tennis and pétanque so we were all Leo occupied. The property was extremely well equipped and had two large fridges to keep everything cool. Pascal was very helpful with advice for our stay and was very responsive. Would love to go back again !!

La propriété est exceptionnelle de par la vue qu’elle offre et ses accommodations. Chaque jour était un plaisir renouvelé pour nos yeux. Les personnes de contact (propriétaire, pisciniste, personnel de nettoyage) étaient très disponibles. En résumé, une recommandation sans hésiter pour qui a le budget.

Schöner Ort zum Relaxen
Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern im Haus. Die Lage und Ausstattung sind sehr gut: Tolle Terrasse, Pool, Bouleplatz, gut ausgestattete Küche, etc. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass das Haus recht weit.oben am Hang liegt, so dass ein Auto zwingend nötig ist.

Je réunis tous les ans mes enfants et petits-enfants pendant 1 semaine. Une parenthèse familiale très appréciée de tous. Le site de cette maison est exceptionnel, le propriétaire agréable et réactif à nos demandes. Spektakulär!
Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbringen dürfen. Der weite Blick über die Cote d`Azur direkt über den Pool hinweg ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und grosszügig geschnitten, es hat jede menge Platz für zwei Familien. Die Sitzplätze aussen, verteilt in drei Himmelsrichtungen ermöglichen zu jeder Tageszeit ein angenehmes Plätzchen zu finden. Auch im Innenbereich hat es genügend Platz für alle Gäste. Die Ausstattung ist modern und es hat alles was man braucht. Der Vermiter ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation war bestens. Es war uns eine grosse Freude, dass wir zu Gast sein durften und kommen gerne wieder einmal vorbei! Schöne Grüsse aus der Schweiz!

Amazing view and magnificent Villa
The villa has an outstanding 180° view over the Cote d'Azur and the Giens peninsula. We couldn't get enough of this view. The villa is modern and very attractively furnished. The air conditioning was worth its weight in gold, especially in the very hot first week. There are so many places to stay in and around the villa - you don't even know where you want to sit :). On the south side facing the pool, there is not a lot of shadow during the day. We would have missed an awning or parasol here. But the nice pool gave us the needed cool down. In the evenings we liked the Jakuzzi very much. The owner, Mr Sulzer, was always available and reacted very quickly when we had a technical problem. All in all, we enjoyed the 2 weeks very much and would have loved to stay longer. Really an exceptional and quiet place to relax and calm down. One of the best places we have been so far.

Gorgeous View!!!
We wanted for nothing. A fully equipped house. My family and I had a wonderful and above all relaxing time. We found all that was described. Everything was in excellent condition. There was something for everyone, young and old. But above all, the view is a dream. Sitting on the veranda in the evening with a drink or in the whirlpool with the sun shining was fantastic. The week went by far too quickly. Thanx for all.

Wir fühlen uns betrogen
Lage des Objektes und Aussicht sehr schön. Inventar, insbesondere Schränke und Kommoden stark veraltet und teilweise nicht benutzbar. Weit entfernt von hohem Standard und Luxus Villa. Schäden die bereits vorhandenen waren, hat der Vermieter uns in Rechnung gestellt und die Kaution von 2000€ einbehalten, obwohl wir Fotos der Schäden vor Ort gemacht haben, wir stehen seit 2 Wochen über FeWo direkt in Verhandlungen, der Reiseveranstalter ist sehr bemüht und unterstützt uns sehr, vielen Dank an FeWo. Für uns ist die Angelegenheit eine klassische Touristen Abzocke. Sehr schade, wir werden nie wieder nach Südfrankreich reisen.

Au calme avec une vue splendide
Très jolie villa très bien équipée et décorée. La vue sur la presqu'île de Giens est splendide ! Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour en famille ou entre amis. Nous sommes ainsi passés de 2022 à 2023 tout en douceur.... Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus en hiver. La situation est idéale, à mi chemin entre St Tropez et Cassis. Pascal répond rapidement aux questions que l'on pose et est très agréable, un grand Merci !
