The is a superior Motel 6 with excellent staff. Great value for the price. If you need your car serviced, then all of the major dealerships are across the street. Next door is casino with nice little bar. Great shopping and restaurants.

The staff were amazing! We had our dog with us and she’s terrified of the world because of past abuse, so we were already stressed, Paul made our check-in process easy. Kim and Lori (I think that was her name) answered questions were had during our stay and processed our checkout with ease. The room was clean, everything worked, and there were plenty of places to walk the dog. We had plenty of room to park the moving truck (we were waiting for our rental house to be ready) and no one messed with anything while we were there. 10/10 would stay here again.

I was very impressed with this budget motel. It was so clean. The pillows were comfy. The staff was friendly. I felt safe. Slept great. It had everything i needed. Small fridge. Microwave. Great shower. Free coffee. Did i mention it was spotless? No weird smell. The only negative would be how loud the fan on the ac was but it didn’t keep me awake. So not even a big negative. This was a great stay for such a great place. And downtown Carson city is CUTE!

The staff is wonderful and very supportive and helpful. I am a bit disabled after a right hip surgery for months ago and they immediately put me downstairs versus upstairs where I was originally signed. FREDI is wonderful as is the night super named PAUL. All of them are wonderful, including the manager, Sedona.

Won't be trying Motel 6 again

Didnt end up staying there...they said our reservarion didnt show up...when contacted by hotels.com was rude to the person trying to fix it and told us it was Hotels.com issue not theirs...even gave them the motel 6 confirmation number and still couldn't find booking. Hotels.com kindly refunded our payment and we drove farther to another hotel.

The hotel never got my reservation and there were other people there that never got their reservations. I had to book a whole Nother room. Expedia took my money and never gave the reservation to the hotel. I contacted Expedia many times they still haven’t given me my money back

I waited here for two hours at 10 o’clock at night was never even able to check in because they didn’t get the reservation from you. You took my money but didn’t get the reservation to the hotel. And then when I called and texted you didn’t even respond, I will never use experience Expedia again.
