We recently stayed at Hotel Dann, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few drawbacks. Upon check-in, we were happy to see we’d been given a sea-view room, which added a lovely touch to our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive—when we requested extra towels and shampoos, they arrived promptly. Breakfast was also a good, with a good selection of options each morning. However, our room had a noticeable moldy smell that lingered throughout the stay. Additionally, the air conditioning was quite loud, making it difficult to get a restful sleep.

Our experience at Hotel Dann Cartagena has been extremely positive since it was the location that we chose for a siblings gathering after eight long, super sad, and devastating years for us. After this reunification, we just love this magical city, the professionalism of the staff, outstanding service from all the workers, super friendly, great hospitality, and oriented to bring the best experience ever. I wanted to congratulate some of them: Rafael, Eduardo, Yeison, because of their support with the details and the surprise that I arranged to receive my sisters at the room. On behalf of our family, so appreciated and keep building quality momentum for your guests.

Experienced way too many issues with this stay! Airport transport was a nightmare to book AND I was overcharged for the service! Major room flooding without a resolution for the night. Yes, I stayed in a room full of water!!!!! Next day, new room..refrigerator broken..water all over the floor again. The staff is phenomenal, management not so much!
