3 Nights in Cartagena.
This is a lovely hotel in very good condition and my room was excellent. Reception staff, Francisco, Loli, Andrés and Jose were all very helpful. A good 20 minute walk got you to the seafront but there are many interesting places to see before you get there. The museums and castles are all cheap to visit with much information in English but not always. The only thing the hotel lacked was a bar for the evenings but there are many options not far away. I would stay in this hotel again. Oops, nearly forgot, breakfast is also very good with a wide choice available.

Friendly staff and a very clean room. Air conditioning and a TV with Netflix made the stay so comfortable. Only slight issue with the window shutter not opening so no natural light but this wasn't a huge problem- would definitely recommend!

Great location and value for money
This hotel is easily accessible by road with parking at the hotel or nearby if full. The hotel has a simplistic designer style with all the amenities that you would get in a hotel with a higher grade but without the high price. The location is excellent for sightseeing, being a short walk from the old town. The staff are very friendly and helpful giving lots of useful information.

Hotel recovered unfortunate incidents.
After a couple of unfortunate incidents, the Hotel went out of it's way to recitfy things and recover the situation. I was pleased with the way the Hotel tried to put things right.

Who knew?
This is an amazing value hotel. It appears to promise little BUT has been fully and extensively refurbished to a high standard. Everything was brand new and kept very clean. Bed very comfortable; shower excellent; super breakfast; reception very helpful. Well frequented by younger Spanish professionals. Location in the older part of town only 10 minute walk from main shopping streets. Recommend to anyone.

Easy and cheerful check in. Well appointed room, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent and great value. Rooftop closed (unsurprisingly). Only criticism was the bar which was somewhat uninspiring, not overly friendly and expensive €12.50 for a G&T
