The Space:

With ample space for family and friends, this beautiful getaway offers a private swimming pool made with natural green Bali stone, creating a serene oasis that invites you to unwind under the sun. Our house features three comfortable bedrooms, along with a cozy sofa bed, ensuring everyone has a place to relax and recharge after a day of exploration.

The main room on the second floor boasts a spacious 20 square meters with a luxurious king bed and the added option of a mattress on the floor for extra comfort. This sanctuary includes a private bathroom and a state-of-the-art 120" smart TV projector, setting the stage for unforgettable movie nights or leisurely afternoons. The second bedroom, also on the second floor, is equipped with two single beds, which can be transformed into a trundle bed or fitted with a mattress on the floor. This inviting space comes with a private bathroom and features an ultra-slim 55" smart TV adorned with mirrored artwork, perfect for relaxing evenings. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and a 43" swivel smart TV that rotates both horizontally and vertically, providing high definition sound power alongside a shared bathroom.

Guest Access:
My guest only has access to the entire private house, you can only use the common areas of the Karibana club (Club House and Club Beach), if you are a member or if accompanied by a member of the club.
However, you can be in the hotel, Hotel dreams Karibana (that is inside the Karibana club), paying a passadía approximately 75 USD to access breakfast, lunch and unlimited liquor at the hotel, with hours of 9 am - 5:30 pm, also you can access the private beach club so you can live an all-inclusive experience

IT IS FORBIDDEN:
- Holding parties inside the property, especially at the pool. Do not enter the pool while intoxicated.
- The volume of the music must be moderate.
- Prohibited to enter people who are not registered in the reservation.

Getting Around:
If you bring a car we have 2 uncovered parking slots in front the house, we are approximately 25 minutes from the historic center and 20 minutes from the airport. If you don't have a car, the easiest way is with a driver, taking a city cab or Uber/In Driver

Other Things to Note:
If your pet is a large breed we accept only 1 per reservation.

IMPORTANT: All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners staying in the country for at least 60 consecutive days must pay VAT (19%) at check-in as of January 1, 2023. Foreigners with tourist visas are exempt from this tax. If a taxable person and an exempt person share a room, the tax may be applied to the entire room.
