This house has its own private jacuzzi and BBQ area and is located in the quiet village of El Carmoli. It is just 5km from Los Alcazares with the beach just a 7 minute walk from the house.

The house has 2 floors with 2 bedrooms downstairs with 1 bathroom and on the first floor is the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, TV and wireless mobile chargers. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen and utility room with all modern appliances including American fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. The lounge has a large TV with international channels from around the world and patio door out to the front terrace. The front terrace has outside dinning, sunbeds with parasol as well as a parking space and the private back terrace has a BBQ area and jacuzzi. The house has views over the Mar Menor and there is also an upstairs private solarium.

El Carmoli is a small village located on the side of a mountain that was formed over 7 million years ago by a volcano. It is part of Los Urrutias and Punto Bravo. The village has a great all year round restaurant and in the summer months has a chill out bar with live music. The town of Los Alcazares is not far away where you have many bars and restaurants for all tastes, water sports, weekly market, long sandy beaches and a marina. Los Alcazares has many events and fiestas throughout the year including a carnival, live music in the summer months, the Medieval festival, festival of the sea, Cauldron festival and Christmas festivities.
