Happy to stay again, few corrections needed
I’m pleased but had to go to several different floors in order to get ice for my ice bucket… Then we were told WE needed to bring towels down from our room in order to get fresh ones… Large centipede in our bathroom as well

Average but not worth CWS price hike
The stay was good. Average is what I would say. I paod way to much for the CWS week ( proce inceaswd 4 times normal). Mold on ceiling , in shower, made me uncomfortable. Looks like bathroom above must have leaked and was never addressed.

Friendly and helpful staff. The property needs touch up work/modernization and new towels. 280 USD/night is definitely way too much for what you get in return (I guess the World Series of College Baseball did its part to the high rate)

Property was nice, however, the room I had smelled of a mix of cat pee and mildew. Perhaps from a dirty AC. Hence the rating of 3. I checked in very late and didnt want to change rooms.

Let me start by saying Evelyn at the front desk was AMAZING she talked with us like we had been friends forever. Suggested different things to see and do. Made sure we had the things we needed. Now, let’s talk about housekeeping. We checked in on Thursday (5-30-24) and checked out on Sunday (6-2-24) room was neat and tidy upon arrival. Not once did our room get cleaned even after we put the sign on our door to refresh the room. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels and trash bags ( again this is where Evelyn came in, she needs a raise). As for the noisiness our room was on the same side as the gas station so not the hotels fault. All in all our stay was good we toured the city of Omaha and enjoyed the weekend.
