Comprei um quarto na foto do site aqui, mas lá o quarto era outro pedi para ir ao mesmo da foto ai fora me cobrado um valor alto porém paguei e chegando no quarto o ar condicionado não funcionava horrível um quarto onde o ar condicionado não funciona enfim voltei para o quarto q não era o da foto

O hotel não oferece nada de especial. Existe uma certa "comodidade" por estar no mesmo espaço de um shopping, mas tem atrativo alhum. Nao tem piscina, não tem área com jardim.

Fomos bem recebidos e o quarto muito agradável! Apresentei a recepcionista Rose meus benefícios que vinham na minha reserva, como cliente Privilégio Gold do hotéis.com, mas ela ficou de enviar aos seus superiores, pois os desconhecia. E, no café da manhã, tinha uma cuscuz temperado com presunto que não estava legal!

Hotel deixou muito a desejar. O hotel nao fornece manta para os clientes. Banheiro com ducha quebrada, molhando todo o banheiro. Cafe da manha sem reposição. Poucos funcionários... Maquina de cafe quebrada... ou seja, hotel nao condiz com o que oferece. Certamente, há opções melhores com preços mais em conta em Caruaru. Experiência frustante. Não recomendamos!

Funcionários ótimos.
A estadia é incrível. Porém, a única ressalva que tenho é com relação a internet que parava de funcionar a todo instante e também a falta de cobertores. No mais, tudo perfeito! Obs; A colaboradora da parte do buffet ( Larissa ) é uma excelente profissional. Vocês estao bem servidos.
