We enjoyed our stay overall. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. They were able to get us in early to our room after a redeye flight. The room was nice, we upgraded to the separated bedroom with pullout couch and it came with a nice kitchenette. Having that with our 10 month old was perfect. The continental was nothing special but nothing to complain about. My only complaint was our room, 115 to be specific was excessively loud when it came to people showing or using any water. It would wake us up every morning. I know it’s a common issue with hotels but this was the worst one I’ve heard.

A great option in Cary
Just checked out this AM!! We were coming into Cary for a USA baseball event. It was my husband and I and our 10 year old son. We wanted some separation and privacy from our son and I was pleasantly surprised to find a 2 queen bedroom suite offered. We booked for 4 nights and ended up in room 232 which had 2 queen bedrooms - each with an on suite bath, a full kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I’m a bit of a travel snob and typically only stay in Hilton or Marriott properties. This hotel fit our needs perfectly!!! I was very pleased with everything. Free breakfast in the morning which was pretty basic but something for everyone. There is an outdoor pool on site which was well kept and clean. They even have outdoor grills available for guests to use and an outdoor gas fire pit. All in all I would definitely stay here again. Even though the hotel was pet friendly I didn’t see any pets nor did I hear any barking. I also used the coin operated laundry which worked well and highly convenient. I would like to personally thank Renee from the housekeeping staff as she was so very sweet and hospitable. Thank you Renee for keeping our room clean and tidy!

Booked a room with fireplace 8 months in advance. When checking in they said they didn't have any left. So they "upgraded" me to a room without a fireplace for free. Same room, but without a fireplace.

Staff was very polite and accommodating. Nice options for breakfast. Bed in bedrooms are comfortable but wouldn’t recommend many nights in the sofabed unless you are a lighter individual. Full kitchen area was nice to have and location was convenient to dining and shopping options.

Room air conditioner was not working properly during our stay and it was outside of maintenance hours. Hotel was fully booked so couldn’t switch rooms but Management offered to compensate us for the night which was nice. I would stay again.
