The check in staff were very courteous and gave us tips on how to get around some construction that was helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the staff working during breakfast were very friendly as well. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

It was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed breakfast. Quiet and safe. Only complaint, the lamp by the bed was missing one light bulb and the bathtub was draining slowly. I tried to report this when checking out, but there was no one at the front desk.

A great place to stay as we were on our way to Indiana. Across the way is a beautiful park with a lake where you can enjoy being surrounded by mountains!

First room they put me in smelled rancid. Went back to request another room. While there another guest came up asking for air freshener since his room smelled like mold. They handed him a spray can. The next room I got was under the entrance roof, so all night there was a metal halide light shining through the curtains. Hard to sleep. Stayed here before without issue, but it may be time to change, until they either shampoo the carpets or replace them.

If Holiday Inn is going to use Expedia change
We arrived with 4 dogs 3 were service dogs 1 was an Olg English bulldog waying 55 lbs. and she(the host) said that we were only allowed to have 1 dog in a room so I guess she didn't know that service dogs count as a dog. We had a (1) reserved but the host said that our dogs couldn't way more than 20 lbs. 3 were under but our bulldog was not so she then informed us that because we have 4 dogs (very well mannered) that we had to get 2 rooms becuase of us having 4 dogs costing another $165.00 before we could even check in ??? After the fact of being in stop and go traffic for 20 miles because of a simi accident we were not very happy !! We reserved our room through Expedia. Com which is a 3rd party contractor and all the rules and regulations are not explained for the Holiday Inn Express in Jacksboro Tennessee so be cautious when booking at that particular one Holiday Inn and or Expedia!! Bad experience!!!!
