All food was horrible, they would not let me check in an hour early unless they charged me another 35 bucks… It was kind of ridiculous as there wasn’t 40 cars in the parking lot. It was an overpriced and I felt unappreciated for spending 300 bucks for one night. It was definitely an hour south of Phoenix. There was nothing else around the property unless you wanted to travel.

Stayed for 2 nights. Tried to cancel the second night because the room and casino were not up to very good standards. Hotels.com did not send me the email I needed to try to alter my reservation until AFTER I checked out. The hotel advertised a swim up bar to be open daily until 6:00pm and when I got there it was closed and only open on fridays. The pillows the give you are more like couch throw pillows so be sure to bring your own. I will not be booking here again.

This is our favourite place to stay coming and going from the Phoenix airport. It is 45 minutes from the airport and is in a quiet location and with high quality service and amenities.

Front desk would not check me in 30 minutes before unless I paid $35. Poor way to welcome coming for the first time. The room was excellent but one of the restaurants did not have bottled water for sale or fountain drinks.

agave restaurant menu prices was too pricey for us the casino has smoking section close to going in and out of the hotel lobby. We are not smokers and we have medical issues being around smoking areas. Thus, we did not enjoy visiting more areas of the casino
