My stay was great, after being able to move rooms as there was an issue with the bathroom lighting. I must compliment Aziz and Wafae at the front of house dining and bar area at the Hotel. Rooms were not assigned on time until we contacted Expedia. Receptionists were trying to ignore us and ignore Expedia calls. Noisy rooms, no soaps and any other amenities at the washing basin. Breakfasts and its services is fantastic, lots of foods selection.

We really like Marriot hotels, we have always have had great experiences any time we stayed at a Marriot, but the Casablanca Marriot has been the best of the best. The staff is the best, so friendly and accommodating, always with a big smile and a big “you are welcome”. They went far and beyond with their service and organizing our celebration for our Father’s Day and our late breakfast. They got us a delicious cake for Father’s Day even with late notice. Hope I am not forgetting any one, but we want to relay our gratitude to the following staff that make our stay at Casablanca memorable: Hind, Jalil and Karina at reception, Abdou and Baucha at the restaurant, Wafaa and Rachida and mostafa at Housekeeping and Mostafa the chief concierge. Again ours cheers to them.
