Great location close to everything . friendly staff . hot water does go off at night !!!!! water splash everywhere in the bathroom because there is no shower curtain . AC was not working no bottle water at the room . you get what you pay for

Nice hotel close to several restaurants. Walking distance or a short taxi ride to all the main sights in Casablanca. It is just off the main street, so it is quiet too.

The location was GREAT, within walking distance to main streets. Very safe area and friendly receptionist. They also have a nice restaurant in the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast consisted of sufficient variety of food and drinks.

Having only planned to spend one night at the Hotel Yto, we ended up staying for four nights because of the situation in Marrakech. We had the chance to move but didn’t because we liked the Yto. Our rooms had been recently renovated and were pretty much brand new — very clean and up to date. The staff were friendly, smart, and helpful, and the location was excellent — quiet, safe, and lots of good restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. If you want a large, luxury hotel, it’s not for you — the rooms aren’t equipped the way they’d be in a more expensive place. They reminded me of an Aloft or a hotel like that. But if you wanted somewhere safe, clean, and modern in a nice neighborhood, and at a good price, the tiny Hotel Yto would be a good choice. Also the rooms had AC, which apparently isn’t always a given in smaller Casablanca hotels.

Avoid!
Very rude, unpleasant, and unhelpful staff except for one manager and the day security who tried to remedy the hotel's issues and problems. Very noisy street and construction right next to the hotel in the adjacent building with drilling, knocking of walls and strong tapping. sewerage leakage right in front the main door of the hotel an across their restaurant/coffee shop where they serve breakfast. Very bad smells from the hotel room. The car parking is not available and only as first come first served basis, so expect to park the car in a very unsafe street. Conclusion: Avoid the hotel, very misleading information and not even worth 2 star ratings?
