Hotel cosmetically is very nice. When we got to our room the bathroom smelt like someone had just been in it. We were put in a room directly adjacent to the courtyard which wasn’t an issue until there was some sort of party/gathering till midnight. Loud music and lots of noise right outside our window. When I called the front desk to ask about the noise/music and to see if it could be turned down as we had a 4am ride to the airport, I was told there was nothing they could do and the phone was hung up.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful location, within walking distance from sites such as the Arts Museum as well as the Arab League Park. The vibe was urban and modern. The buffet for Iftar offered a varied and delicious array of items. The staff were attentive and were willing to research any questions that I had while there. I will be staying there again in the future.

The hotel was amazing and the outdoor area was great, however, that friday night when I stayed they played the music very loud until 11:20. Then the hotel workers had to move all the outdoor furniture back in place and that also took a while.
