Gut ausgestattet, super Verkehrslage
Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Induktionskochfeld, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Gefrierschrank in der Einbauküche, Waschmaschine Elektro-Grill und Spüle in der Außenküche. Die Betten sind etwas schmal aber ok für uns und unserem Sohn Er hatte extra Schlafzimmer. Unsere Fähre hatte12 Stunden Verspätung, wir sind statt um 4 Uhr nachmittags, morgen um 4 Uhr angekommen, begrüßte der Vater vom Nicolas uns freundlich nach einem kurzen Telefonat. Viele Ausflugsziele sind in 30-60 Minuten per Auto erreichbar, netter kleiner Strand zum Schnorcheln direkt fußläufig, andere super Sandstrände nur 2-5 Minuten per Auto entfernt. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Nettes Appartement in Tiuccia
wir sind am abend um 22.00 uhr von bastia mit dem eigenen auto angereist. nikolas spricht gut englisch und hat uns in tiuccia bei der tankstelle erwartet und dann zum mehrparteienhaus geleitet. dort ist das appartement, das über eine stiege, die vom parkplatz aus zuerst in den kleinen garten geht und dann über die terasse in die räume führt. es hat ein großes wohnzimmer-küche, ein wc, eine dusche und zwei zimmer. die betten sind für unseren geschmack etwas zu wenig breit, so haben wir nicht in einem bett gemeinsam geschlafen sondern getrennt jeweils in den zimmern. die küche ist sehr gut mit geräten ausgestattet, es ist auch eine waschmaschine vorhanden. die wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut mit klimageräten ausgestattet. in tiuccia ist nicht besonders viel los, das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir fast jeden tag mit dem auto auf der insel unterwegs waren. der Parkplatz ist nicht asphaltiert, wir hatten für unser auto (vw-bus) sehr viel platz und konnten direkt vor unserem aufgang parken. alles in allem war es für uns beide eine sehr zufriedenstellende unterkunft. Superbe location pour de superbes vacances
Location très fonctionnelle avec un intérieur agréable disposant de tout ce qu’il faut. La terrasse est un véritable plus, elle est ombragée et permet d’avoir son intimité. L’emplacement est plus qu’idéal : plage non surpeuplée à 1min à pied, boulangerie, boucherie. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances et recommandons cette location.

Appartement tout à fait conforme aux photos. Propreté impeccable, et bon accueil. Le jardin est joliment aménagé, vue mer, et la végétation cache le parking juste en dessous de la résidence, ainsi que les commerces, bien pratiques, mais qui manquent de charme. Plage très proche, accessible avec des escaliers.

Appart très fonctionnel, au calme, les pieds dans l'eau. De nombreuses plages et criques environnantes. Tiuccia manque peut-être de qq petites boutiques ou resto mais est suffisamment desservie en commerce du quotidien (boulangerie, boucherie, superette...). Accueil très sympathique. Nous conseillons cette location pour qui cherche de magnifiques paysages de bord de mer préservés d'un trop grand nombre de touristes.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort. Die Lage ist sehr schön, man braucht nur 2min zum feinkiesigen Strand. Tiuccia ist ruhig (aber ein Durchgangsort) es gibt zwei, drei Restaurants, eine Bäckerei und eine Metzgerei (1min zu Fuß) und einen kleinen Supermarkt (3min mit dem Auto). Wir würden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Absolut zu empfehlen, wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Mooi appartement in het paradijs
Dit is echt een heerlijke plek voor het doorbrengen van je vakantie! Het appartement is goed verzorgd (heeft ook airco), heeft een lekker terras met prachtig uitzicht op de bloemen, bergen en zee en je bent 1 minuut verwijderd van een mooi en gezellig familiestrandje waar je zwemt tussen de vissen. Restaurantjes, bakker en supermarkt om de hoek. Echt een verrukkelijke week gehad hier!
