Large terrace (80 m2) having outdoor dining furniture, lounge area and sun loungers, overlooking the garden, pool and sea; direct access to the gardens and pool. The living room has excellent and comfortable seating and 55 "smart TV.The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave), towels and linens, toaster and coffee machine.

Two doble bedrooms with direct access to the terrace from where you can enjoy the incredible views of the sea (master bedroom with bathroom en suite). Bathrooms with marble floor.

On the beachfront and overlooking the sea. In the Costa del Sol. Exclusive and very quiet urbanization, with two large swimming pools, umbrellas, sun loungers and gardens with spectacular views of the sea and the entire coast of Estepona. Pools closed from October to April.

Very close to Puerto de la Duquesa and Puerto de Estepona, both five minutes away by car and where you will find numerous restaurants and typical tapas bars to enjoy national and international cuisine, also shops and places of entertainment, including golf courses being one of them is Finca Cortesín, a 5 star golf and spa resort, that has hosted numerous high-profile events including the Volvo World Match Play Championship on three occasions.

Located in Casares Costa, Urb. Casares del Mar, in between Estepona and Puerto de la Duquesa, 5 minute drive away from all the necessary ammenities, including excellent golf courses, one of them being Finca Cortesín, home of the Volvo Masters and only a few steps away from the beach. Beautiful views over the gardens, Mediterranean sea, Estepona and the spectacular sunrise. Development with excellent well mantained community, large garden and pool.

Situated in a quiet area and only a short drive from the seaside resort of Estepona where you can walk in the narrow cobbled streets of the old town enjoying the small squares in which to enjoy their terraces or choose one of the numerous delightly restaurants and tapas bars or take a walk along the nice promenade.

The superb location and orientation of the apartment, as well the area and surroundings will make you enjoy and have an unforgettable stay.

GOLF:
The Costa del Sol is also well-known as the 'Costa del Golf'. During the whole year golfers of all the world –from beginners to professionals - enjoy the sunny days on Europe’s most numerous selection of golf courses: more than 50 Greens! Right in front of the house is the new golf course “Doña Julia” (18-holes), and just a swing away the club 'La Duquesa Golf', right next to the sport harbor crossing the main street you reach “La Finca de Cortesín”, a 5 star golf and spa resort, that has hosted numerous high-profile events including the Volvo World Match Play Championship on three occasions. Besides the high concentration of golf courses in Marbella and Estepona you can also visit Spain’s most famous golf course “Valderrama“ which is located 20 minutes away (by car) towards Gibraltar. Venue of the legendary Ryder- Cup in 1997.

Great apartment
We had a lovely stay at this front line apartment. Marisa made the check in process very easy. All communications leading up to our holiday were helpful and efficient. The apartment itself was wonderful, clean and spacious and very modern with lovely views of the ocean. Huge patio to enjoy the evenings on. Marisa was very helpful, giving us lots of restaurant suggestions and things to do.

Wonderful Stay
Our family was very pleased with our accommodations. After day trips to Sevilla, Tarifa, and Cordoba, we would spend happy hour on the large terrace with a bottle of Albariño and a sea view. The pool was steps away, easy beach access, and covered, underground parking. We dined most nights in nearby Estepona. Marisa, thank you for a lovely stay!

Amazing location
Apartment was very clean, had everything you need and look like the pictures on the website. Located in a beautiful complex with a huge terrace, in lovely grounds. All you can hear is the waves. Walking distance to some bars and restaurants. Very easy to check in and out. Fantastic sunsets, will be going back soon.

Großzügiges Apartment mit traumhaftem Blick auf Meer
Das Apartment ist ideal für 4 Personen, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Ausstattung eher puristisch, aber ich mag es weiß und wenig schischi. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß, sonnig und auch die Möglichkeit sich ein schattiges Plätzchen zu suchen. Tisch mit Stühlen und große Lounge. Direkter Zugang zu Pool und über das eingezäunte Grundstück auch zum Strand. 2 Restaurants fussläufig. Die Küche ist Gerätetechnisch mit allem ausgestattet. Filter Kaffemaschine, Wasserkocher, Herd, Mikrowelle , Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine.sehr sauber und gepflegt. Persönlich fand ich die „Erstausstattung“ etwas mager. Als wir gegangen sind war ein kompletter Hausstand mit Lebensmittel übrig, da man ja nicht alles verbrauchen kann. Der Kontakt zu Marisa war top. Wir konnten Sie jederzeit kontaktieren und Sie half uns prompt. Vielen Dank liebe Marisa, war sehr schön bei Dir. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Lässt keine Wünsche offen
Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen im Casares del Mar verbracht. Die Lage ist exzellent, direkter Blick aufs Meer, gute Verkehrsanbindung zur A7. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fahrten nach Sabinillas, Marbella etc. bequem möglich. Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem, die große Terrasse unser Lieblingsort im ganzen Urlaub. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und selbst in der Hochsaison sehr überschaubar von anderen Urlaubern frequentiert. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Marisa, die uns super freundlich, effektiv und versiert betreut hat. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall sehr gerne weiter.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!
Sowohl die Wohnung, als auch das Umfeld sind ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Ein toller Blick aufs Meer und in der Umgebung sind einige wenige, aber ordentliche Restaurants. Für Erholungszeit suchende sehr zu empfehlen! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, Hunde sind willkommen und die Vermieterin arbeitet perfekt!

Everything was perfect
We are a family of 4 with two 25 and 28 old girls and the 2 bedrooms and especially 2 bathrooms :-) were perfect to us. Marisa was very friendly and helpful und we have enjoyed the stay from the first moment. Apartment, furnishing, equipment, pool, beach, ... were great and we definitively would consider to stay there again once we would be in Andalusia again. The position between Tarifa and Malaga was ideal for us and also supermarkets are close to the apartment, Estepona is very close and a nice small city with good restaurants.

We had a great time at the spacious apartment. The pool is accessible from the terrace and it's just a few meters to the beach. There are restaurants in walking distance. Underground parking was very convenient - the car remains quite cold even during very hot days. Big thank you to Marisa for being our host!
