El Patio de Doña Julia is an exclusive gated residential development located front line to Doña Julia golf course
Spectacular two-bedroom 1st-floor corner apartment of 110m2 with huge 29m2 balcony terrace directly overlooking the 17th & 18th Holes, with 270 deg uninterrupted Sea views over the Mediterranean to Gibraltar, Morocco & Africa.

Finished to a very high standard, Both bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and drawers, the master has integrated Safe. Fitted with two bathrooms, the Master ensuite includes a hydrobath, Shower, WC, Bidet and twin basins. The Guest bathroom has a full Shower cubicle.

The Lounge has a convertible sofa bed providing additional comfortable sleeping for two, a Dining area providing seating for six with all necessary accoutrements. All Floors are in cream marble.
This is our second home & fitted out accordingly, freshly redecorated with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave, Coffee makers (x 2 types) and the usual utensils. Reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating, Smart TV, Satellite TV, DVD player, FREE High-Speed Fibre Optic Internet & WIFI, Linen and bedding all provided. The utility room has fitted cupboards with an efficient washing machine.

The Terrace has a dining area for six, Sofa and lounge seats, with folding Glass "Curtains" that can be closed in the cooler months to further enhance outdoor living.
The curtains may also be positioned to provide complete safety and air circulation for your children when on the balcony.
well kept tropical gardens in a gated secure community with ample free public parking.

The Community swimming pool with adjacent children’s pool and showers are a few steps away.

The nearest beach is a 15 min walk or a few minutes drive, Puerto de la Duquesa and the Spanish seaside town of Sabinellis are both within walking distance averaging 25mins or 5 mins drive. The “Must See” inland town of Casares is a 15 min drive. Estepona and the exclusive resort of Sotogrande are a 15 min drive, Gibraltar 30 min, Malaga 1 hour, Marbella and the famed Puerto Banus a mere 20 mins drive.
Site Seeing includes numerous ruins and castles, Caesar's sulphur baths, Selwo Adventure Park, Ronda, Al Humbra, and Granada. The Bioparc Zoo at Fuengirola is said to be the best in the world and is only 45 miles away, Seville, Gibraltar and much much more.

For Golfers, there are some of the best courses in the region within a few mins drive, with five in Sotogrande including the famed VALDERRAMA, the FINCA CORTESIN, VALLE ROMANO & DONA JULIA at the bottom of the garden.

Great appartment in a lovely location
We spent 10 nights at El Patio de Doña Julia. The area is a lot quieter than where we stay usually but as we were looking for a peaceful break this apartment ticked all the boxes. The apartment is set in beautiful gardens overlooking the 18th hole. The pool is meters away from the balcony and is a nice size. The views from the apartment balcony are stunning with the sea and mountains in clear view. As for the apartment itself it more than met our expectations. Comfortable beds, full kitchen with nice big fridge freezer. The furniture is of a high quality and has been well maintained. The area itself has everything you need from supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. These are all 5 minutes’ drive from the apartment and easily accessible. Casares has one of the best beaches we have visited, and we spent 6 of our 10 days on the beach. We are looking to return to the apartment next year if it is available maybe even before the new year. Quiet location with exquisite view of the Mediterranean
We enjoyed our stay very much. The glassed in deck was the perfect place for breakfast or a quiet evening of games. The condo is well stocked with all the necessities and a grocery store is within a 5 minutes. Having a car is a necessity if you want to see the area, but the condo is the perfect starting point to visit Seville, Gibraltar, Ronda and Granada as they are all within an hour to two and half hours away.

It was completely impossible to find any fault with this apartment. It was spotlessly clean well finished and the welcome from the owners was excellent. It overlooks the 18th hole of the golf course and has excellent sea views as well.

Relaxation...wonderful balcony area with sea, pool and golf course views
Just returned from a wonderful week at Paul and Tanya’s apartment. The location was great with a number of really good restaurants only a 2 minute drive away. The beach was also easily accessible. The apartment was one of the best we have stayed in. It was extremely clean, spacious and well equipped. We spent most of our time relaxing on the large balcony which had uninterrupted views of the sea. The pool area was so safe for our 4 year old son and sun beds were plentiful. Paul and Tanya were very welcoming and responsive to all our needs. Underground secure parking was a plus as was the safety of the complex itself. Thanks again- we will be back! Nicola, Shane and family.

Just back from Paul’s apartment it is lovely the apartment and the views are beautiful, there is everything you will need there. Paul was very helpful with any questions I had and answered them really quickly. If you don’t have a car use Uber they are cheaper to get around

l'appartamento è molto confortevole, il punto forte è la grande veranda, molto vivibile anche d'inverno (noi abbiamo passato oltre un mese tra dicembre e gennaio). Il panorama è veramente bello e aperto, meglio di come si vede nelle fotografie. La posizione dell'appartamento è un ottimo compromesso fra vicinanza al mare e tranquillità. I proprietari sono simpatici e disponibili. insomma un'ottima vacanza, thank you Paul !

El hogar de Paul & Tanya es justo como aparece en las fotos, allí hemos pasado unos días increíbles!! La ubicación es perfecta, tiene todo cerca pero a la vez es lo suficientemente tranquilo como para desconectar. Al apartamento no le falta detalle y aún acabando de dejarlo ya echamos de menos la terraza con preciosas vistas. Si podemos el año que viene repetiremos, sin duda!
