"The cottage was just as described. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. The property was well kept. The view of the ocean was beautiful. The only thing we would add would be some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors and a handle on the inside of main bathroom. There were 4 of us in total and we had lots of room. The screened in porch was lovely for dining and sitting outside. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the fire. Thanks so much, "

"We enjoyed our three night stay. The cottage was comfortable and as pictured - just what we expected with beach access right out front of the cottage. Weather was great so enjoyed a couple of beautiful sunrises over the water. Gemma was great to deal with and kindly provided a gift on our last night. Would definitely recommend"

"Spacious location for 3 couples, lots of supplies, bbq, great water pressure and steps to the water. Swimming preferred at the more known beaches. Kayaking was available and close to the water. Lots of cooking supplies, don't buy too many groceries before checking with the owner or the cabinets yourself. Recommend Cabot Beach or Thunder Cove beach about 40 minutes drive. Suzanne was super helpful with any issues like propane. Recommend a "what to do cheat sheet" for some directions. "

"We so enjoyed this beautiful home and wonderful location! If you want to stay in a quiet place with an ocean view and easy access to an awesome beach, this is your spot! We really appreciated the beach chairs and other “extras” available for our use! It is a bit of a drive to the popular tourist spots, but we always enjoyed the scenery along the way!
