Staff were amazing, room clean and comfortable - complete with creative toilet paper and wash cloth art! Downsides were inconvenient v-shaped breakfast service area and hallways in need of vacuuming. Otherwise, best Super8 yet! Thank you Casper!

4 rooms no hot water and room keys kept demagnetizing even without being by electronics. Breakfast was nice, staff nice, popcorn was a nice bonus but we really needed hot showers

Great experience
Super friendly! Clean only thing was they didn’t have elevator for second floor rooms. And the first floor rooms you had to go down 5 steps but also had ramp that went to first floor rooms. We are traveling and have lots of luggage to load in and out yhe luggage cart just fit down ramp. But other than that GREAT motel. Great continental breakfast!!!! Would stay again if back thus way.

Property wasn't as bad as surrounding businesses. The room had tons of pet hair in the carpet. Hallways were not clean. It would probably be ok with renovation. Staff was good. Breakfast was good. It's just an old property.

My stay was started by our room not being available until 90 minutes past check-in time. During that time being told there was not a restroom available and I should go next door to the pizza hut to use their facility. The desk person was rude and non - accommodating to everyone, not just me. When given a room it was not what we requested. When we were switched to a different room that we were told met our request, we find two smaller beds in the room , not the 2 queens we were told. The room smelled of urine and felt unclean. Most of the other desk staff on different days was more pleasant and worked to make guest comfortable. I will probably never stay in a super 8 again because of the risk of an unappreciative host. If people do not want to be in the "customer service hospitality business", they should seek employment elsewhere so they aren't the negative influence on a person's vacation or a stay away from home. So sorry your company has to endure employees such as this. The biggest share of them are working hard to represent in a positive manner, by doing their jobs appropriately.

Front desk person was Amazing….so good. Room; well…found Cheeto smears in my sheets so it was gross. Staff was super friendly and put us in a different room. But, no a/c on and was super hot for most of the night. Thank you to their staff; but this one was pretty rough.

I accidentally reserved a queen room and they changed it to a double room without any issues. They were friendly and the rooms were clean. It was great especially for a last minute stay.
