really bad experience for a high potential hotel - it should not have 3 stars · nice area · we got late for Check-in - 1. the room was with bad smell - we asked to change room - but they did not have one - they agreed with the bad situation of the smell issue 2. I found cockroaches in the room (even after they cleaned it again when we had dinner outside) 3 .the extra bed was foldable one - and it fell down in the middle of the night while my 4 years old girl slept on it

Sono stata diverse volte in questo hotel poiché mi è sempre piaciuto. In un momento di crisi non solo per i cittadini ma anche per gli imprenditori, a causa del coronavirus, ho comunque deciso di prenotare una camera con colazione e 2 massaggi. Alle 21.30 della sera del mio pernottamento, il governo emette un decreto con il quale dichiara che dalle ore 24, Asti sarebbe diventata zona rossa. Anche io ho un'attività, non posso permettermi di rimanere bloccato ad Asti. Devo per forza rinunciare alla notte e alla colazione. Chiedo quindi alla proprietà se può rimborsano parte della prenotazione o, quantomeno, ad emerge da finita, farmi la possibilità di usufruire del pernottamento e della colazione pagata. Le miei richieste vengono negate. In un momento difficile per tutti, un imprenditore di questo tipo, non può che perdere clienti. Amareggiati e delusi da un atteggiamento di questo tipo, non posso che dare una recensione negativa.

bel hotel bien situé avec une belle vues sur le piemont. Parking. accueil tres sympa le petit dejeuner est peut etre un peu léger si vous arrivez à la fin les éléments ne sont pas renouvelés. sinon parfait.
