Bright and spacious villa with private garden in an excellent, peaceful location on the Monferrato hills, a stone's throw from the historic center of Castell'Alfero.Ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation with your family, excellent as a base for discovering the splendid Monferrato or spending productive days of smart working thanks to the bright living area and the internet connection provided by the house.

The villa consists of two floors above ground for a total of about 200 square meters available to guests.

Large living room with TV, library area with very modern and tasteful furnishings, large peninsula kitchen, dining room and the first bathroom with bath tub.

Upstairs:

Prachtig huis in een mooie natuurlijke omgeving.
Grote woning met alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Het was een prettig verblijf met een goed werkende airco op de eerste verdieping. We misten alleen relax stoelen voor buiten en misschien is een airco op op de begane grond ook geen overbodige luxe in de toekomst als het steeds warmer wordt op deze aardbol.
