Our villa located within walking distance from Tregole in the famous wine region of Chianti Classico, has five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. The villa is centrally located between vineyards, olive groves and woods that make staying in an area of ​​tranquility, natural beauty. In the garden is a large swimming pool, children's playground, several terraces (with sun and shade). All with stunning views! If you wish to dine together, you can use the pizza oven or grill in the arcade to prepare delicious dishes from the local area, then it can serve the long Tuscan table. The area is safe for children. This luxury location is suitable for fourteen people (excluding children up to 2 years).

It located within walking distance Tregole is a tiny hamlet with no shops but the nearby towns such as Castellina in Chianti, Siena and Florence are easily reached by car or bicycle. Around the villa are several terraces. On the main deck offers a magnificent view of the hills of the Chianti region, the nearby hamlet Tregole and the distant Apennines. Around the house there are many more, to further explore the visitor terraces. On the terraces are chairs with cushions, tables and parasol available.

Arcade
You can use a pizza oven, barbecue, long dining table in the arcade. You can visit our manager, cook by profession, hiring. With or for you he prepares the most delicious pizzas or even an entire Tuscan meal.

A beautiful and restful place
We arrived at the villa and were amazed at the views and the spacious house and pool. The weather was one of the hottest we've ever experienced so the pool was a godsend and we were able to rest and spend time together on the patio for all our meals. We had a lovely time and appreciate the many amenities that the house had.

Beautiful Countryside
The view and area were beautiful. The house managers were very responsive and kind. We loved being near the Tregole Winery and had a wonderful experience there with Dario and Sophie. I highly recommend a visit there and it is a 5 minute walk. The tea pot was damaged with burnt milk and they gave us new one the same day! The response was so fast we could not believe it. A couple of negatives to note for us. It is very remote. You cannot walk to anything under 40 minutes time and if you want to the roads to walk are very narrow and curvy so not so safe.( except the winery :). The house was very cold and damp when we arrived and we were asked to not put on the heat but to use space heaters and the wood burning stove. We could not do it. We had to put on the heat. The house was around 50-55 degrees. With dampness comes mold. We expected some countryside smells and insects but we had to buy some candles to help with the odor which worked just fine. We sent pics to the house manager regarding the mold late in our stay. They said they would work on it but we decided to check out a day early once our guests left and we headed to Rome for two days. There were many flies outside on the beautiful deck making it impossible for us to sit there until the sun went down. With that said, I do want to say that the place was truly lovely. The views were exquisite. The countryside is magnificent and the people we dealt with were so helpful with planning and any questions we had. We ultimately had a lovely stay. My husband made homemade pizzas in the oven outside. There was plenty of seating and beds for our large group and they were very comfortable. The rooms were large and furnished with nice pieces. The showers were clean and the water pressure was very strong. Please know the negatives mentioned above are just our opinion. Others may be fine with the coolness of the house etc.

Traumhafte Lage des CasalVerde
Sehr schöne Anlage mit großem Swimmingpool. Allerbeste Aussicht. Ausreichend Platz im und ums Haus herum. Eine Woche war definitiv zu kurz, da es in der Umgebung viel zu besichtigen gibt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Super großes und schönes Haus. Tolle Lage, toller Pool. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen
Außer dass nachmittags das Wetter für die schönen Sitzplätze ums Haus uns meist einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht haben, haben wir es sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Für die Kinder und Teens war alles da und die hatten große Freude am Pool und am „Spielplatz“

Gern wieder
Ein tolles Haus in sehr schöner Lage. Aber für den Preis muss man eine andere Ausstattung in der Küche anbieten. Bei bis zu 14 Betten reichen 4 ganz unterschiedliche Weingläser und weitere vier aus Plastik (!!!) bei weitem nicht. Gleiches gilt für Besteck etc. Die ganze Küchenausstattung ist ein wildes Sammelsurium. Diese Mängel lassen sich sicher ohne großen Aufwand beheben. Ohne pingelig zu sein: die Hausreinigung wirkte eher oberflächlich, den Pool haben wir erst mal selbst vom Gröbsten gereinigt - ohne das hätte die Nutzung keinen Spaß gemacht. Davon abgesehen hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und wurden von Sofie und Enzo sehr gut betreut.

Sehr schönes Haus. Viel Platz. Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer unproblematisch und gut. Würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus mieten.

Tolles Haus und tolle Gegend
Wir haben eine superschöne Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Außer, dass der Pool anfangs nicht richtig sauber war und wir überall einen Kescher gesucht haben und dass vorher eine Tischtennisplatte in der Beschreibung stand, die dann leider wohl den letzten Mietern zum Opfer gefallen ist, gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Der Pool wurde dann auch gereinigt und das mit dem Tischtennisspielen wäre es bei 36 Grad vermutlich sowieso nichts geworden ;-) Die Vermieter waren gut zu erreichen und haben Fragen schnell beantwortet. Und auf den verschiedene Terrassen war immer ein Schattenplatz zu finden. Noch zu erwähnen ist die Ruhe - außer Zikaden oder mal ein Hundebellen aus der Ferne - ist das die Ruhe pur. Einfach wunderschön und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um von dort aus Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Also sehr zu empfehlen 👍🏼

Flott ferie hus
Romslig og fint hus, med store soverom og flere bad. Nydelige omgivelser og en flotte uteområder. Stort deilig basseng som ble flittig brukt. Vi satt stor pris på pizzaovnen og det ble lagd mye pizza. Vi hadde mange flotte turer til byer i nærområdet. Huseier Rob fulgte godt opp alle våre henvendelser, og vi hadde en god kommunikasjon både før, under og etter oppholdet. Anbefales😊

La villa dispone di tutte le comodità e si trova in una bellissima posizione nella campagna toscana, a pochi minuti di macchina da Castellina in Chianti e a una mezz'oretta da Siena. La strada per arrivare non è delle più facili perchè bisogna fare un pezzo di sterrato. La pulizia della casa poteva essere un po' migliore. Nel complesso mi ritengo molto soddisfatta del soggiorno e consiglio vivamente questa villa soprattutto per la stagione estiva quando è possibile utilizzare la parte esterna e la piscina.
