Gîte L'Hirondelle *** close to BORDEAUX

Beautiful house very bright and very well equipped 96 m² fully renovated in 2015 with private parking on the property, secured by an electric gate.

You will be quiet with a large garden of 900 m² planted with fruit trees, where you can relax on deck chairs while your children are swinging in the cabin.

You also have a large terrace with garden furniture for 6 people and a gas grill that is also plancha. We put at your disposal an outside lighting to enjoy the terrace until the end of the night.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms with excellent bedding, floating floor, large storage cupboards. In the second bedroom, we can bring the two single beds (90 x 190) to make a large bed to accommodate couples.

The dining room has a reversible air conditioning, television, DVD player, free WIFI available, a sofa bed, coffee table, and a large table for 6 people. The fireplace is only decorative.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large freezer with drawers, a large fridge, an oven, a microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee makers ...

A bathroom with storage, WC independent,

A veranda with seating for relaxing while watching the garden,

A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, cabinets, sink, ironing board ...

We put at your disposal free baby equipment namely umbrella beds with mattresses and mattress protectors, changing table with bath, high chairs, bottle warmer ..

You have the possibility to book our house for weekends and short stays. Animals are not allowed.

- Tourist tax: 1,10 € per person and per day.
- You can if you wish to take the end of stay cleaning fee which is 60 €

Perfect!
We hebben een fijne week gehad in Le Paradis. Groot huis, overcomplete keuken, fijne bedden en airco. Buiten 40 graden en binnen heerlijk op 25 gezet hele week. Grote tuin met een fantastische boom om onder te zitten. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Maison chaleureuse et accueillante
Avec ma femme et nos 2 petites filles en bas âge, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison est très confortable que ce soit les équipement, la literie ou le jardin/terrasse, tout y est. De plus la maison est très bien isolé et grace à cela nous n’avons pas du tout souffert de l’épisode caniculaire. Une court pour le stationnement très appréciable et sécurisé.

Un séjour agréable malgré la pluie
Un accueil très chaleureux. Dommage, la pluie nous a privés de beaucoup de temps à l'extérieur de la maison, mais cette dernière est très spacieuse ce qui nous a permis de vivre un séjour très agréable.

Une jolie maison
Il n'y a vraiment rien à redire quant à la propreté ni à l'équipement de cette jolie maison de ville. Tout a été refait à neuf avec goût, et il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Le tout est très propre et bien conçu. Rien à redire non plus sur l'accueil qui a été fort sympathique. Le seul bémol est la situation de la maison qui donne directement sur le trottoir d'une avenue où il y a pas mal de passages, surtout le matin. C'est vraiment dommage, car lorsque nous n'avons pas l'habitude du bruit des voitures, cela est gênant.

Très bon séjour
Gîte bien situé en gironde, à 45 mins de Bordeaux, 30 mins du larc d'Hourtin et de Carcans Plage. Il se situe à 5 mins à pied du centre ville. Le grand jardin est très appréciable. La propriétaire était joignable et nous a agréablement accueilli. Le gîte était très bien équipé pour une famille de quatre. Je le conseille fortement.

Bon séjour assuré
Nous venons de passer une semaine (1-8/04) à Castelnau de Médoc . Une très belle location, à peine rentré on sait déjà que ça va être le top ! Jardin parfait , fleuri, équipé, spacieux ...à l'abri de tous regards . La maison : rien ne manque !!! Tout est bien pensé , équipements de très bonne qualité , très agréable . Nous avons eu beau temps et la région est magnifique ! Les propriétaires sont très agréables ...nous avons loué le linge de lit et très bonne surprise à l'arrivée tous les lits étaient faits (pas forcément le cas dans d'autres locations). Nous gardons l'adresse !!!

Une très belle expérience
Maison au calme et très bien entretenue. On se sent chez soi très rapidement. La maison est très bien équipée, on ramène juste le minimum. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour les petites attentions et les bons plans, leur présence est aussi efficace que discrète. La région est très belle, la maison et le jardin très agréables, l'accueil chaleureux : nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
