Clean, spacious and centrally located
This was a lovely townhome and just as described in the listing. It was very clean and welcoming! We loved the high ceilings and the spaciousness. We have family in there area and it was a very close drive to them as well as centrally located to get to the beach or downtown. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool as well. Very nicely maintained area and home.

We have family in Rocky Point. Burcaw, and Hampstead so this location was very convenient for us. Accomidations were great for us abd our dog. Would love to staybthere again.

Convenient and Perfect Location for a Visit with Friends
We chose to stay at this nice place for the convenience of also being able to visit our good family friends, who live in the same complex. The place was nice and had what we needed for a 'home away from home'. Everrthing about this place worked for us... Our only knock is that it seems like the place could use a deep clean and the trundle bed (lower) was a bit 'springy'. Just a little grime under the furniture and found our towels in the washing machine (seemingly forgotten and a bit musty from sitting in there). We just washed them and all worked out. We would definitely stay here again as overall it was certainly clean overall and was a safe place located in a fine place to access all Wilmington has to offer.

Property was very nice, comfortable and clean. It was easy to locate and easy to checkin. Complex had a nice pool and was pet friendly. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen lacked a few essentials. There was no large knife which made cutting up a watermelon with a small steak knife a challenge. Also no servings bowls (had to use a cooking pot to put my cut up watermelon in). Also no mixing bowl, again had to use a cooking pot to whisk scrambled eggs before cooking). Drinks and snacks were a nice touch, but several of them were very outdated (Nov 22 when this is July 23-discovered when my grandson tried to eat a bag of chips that “tasted funny” and we then checked - threw a lot away. Also tv is Roku streaming only. We don’t do streaming - use cable at home. This would have been nice to know ahead of time, so no tv. Also no dvd player.

Great Property
This property was wonderful and easy to get to, navigate, and make ourselves at home in. We would recommend a standard coffee pot for big coffee fans and a couple of pairing knives- but the snacks, amenities, and thoughtfulness with cold water and juice along with condiments already in the fridge were amazing!

Clean and cute
I have family in the area abcs this was a convenient place for our needs. The house was clean and minimally stocked for our needs. There were snacks that was a nice touch. The decor was fun and refreshing. Nice large tv for relaxing and the beds were comfortable. I would rent again but I do recommend a little attention to certain things…. Someone had gross dirty shoes left in the laundry area with someone else’s clothes. Not cool! The washer smells moldy. We even rinsed the washer just in case. We did use it and our clothes survived with no smell. There was not enough coffee pods for each person to have one cup daily. That should be standard. The second bathroom did not have towels or a bath mat. I did find the forgotten towels in the dryer. The extra pillow in the closet did not have a pillow cover nor were there any available. Makes me wonder if others have used it with no pillow case. The key pad is fussy and hard to get to work sometimes but was not a big deal. Thanks for making it clean!

Absolutely amazing!
We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one is at the top. Pictures don’t do it justice. The snacks and beverages were an added bonus. We arrived late and didn’t have time to stop for dinner so the snacks were a great bonus for the kids while waiting for food. The property was conveniently located not far from the beach or downtown. All the linens and blankets smelled amazing and fresh. It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. I can’t praise this property enough.

Amazing property, clean, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room. Owner had great snacks and drinks! Comfy beds. There was also plenty of hangers! Which I loved, some places have like 3 hangers, lol. 3 minutes from Food Lion, 5 minutes from Lowes. For sure recommend.

The property was EXTREMELY cleaned and organized with everything you'll ever need! Five stars for the snacks, the clean linen, and most of all affordable pet fee. Safe place for kids and pets! They also have a cute doggie door that leads to a gated patio for your pets!
