This was a wonderful and very cool art concept hotel. The staff was amazing and the location super convenient and close to all the things in Catania. We only stayed for one night and I do have to say the bed was rock hard and the pillows very thin. Also because it was a Saturday night there was a very loud party going on outside our window and we couldn’t sleep with all the noise. If we had been staying another night I would have asked to be moved to another room. But other then this we did really enjoy the hotel.
The concierge service at this hotel is impeccable. Hotel arranged airport transportation to the hotel in a matter of minutes after I made the request. Response was courteous and very informative. Taxi service was professional and cost us a reasonable $35 euros We arrived early in the morning from a long international flight. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Dani. She not only made the check in process very easy and convenient but also informed us that our room was ready much early than expected. Our luggage was carried to the room where the air conditioning was already on. Later on we met Armando who helped us with restaurant suggestions and gave us valuable tips and information. The following morning we had some issues with car rental and transportation to our next destination. Armando
took the time to make all necessary calls and solve an issue that could have been very stressful without his assistance. The hotel is a work of art , an experience in itself. All shops , restaurants and the very colorful Catania fish market are only steps away.
We are avid travelers and this experience reaffirms our belief that professional and personalized service is what makes a hotel exceptional.
It is a hidden gem in Catania—elegant, soulful, and effortlessly chic. The food is refined without being fussy, with fresh, seasonal ingredients that let Sicily shine on a plate. The ambiance is warm and maximalist, the service is intuitive, and the vibe feels like dining at a stylish friend’s home who just happens to be an artist. A must-visit if you care about good taste—in every sense.
Amazing property hotel and art gallery. We loved our art room. Staff were exceptional giving dinner suggestion which was amazing! Great breakfast. Beautiful property in a great position.
This property was very eccentric and not what we were expecting. The staff were super friendly and willing to help and do anything to make the guests feel comfortable. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was modern and old fashioned at the same time. The location was right in the old centre and close to everything.
My suite was amazing! Wish I had of stayed longer. It was very large and luxurious. Would come back in a minute. The free breakfast was over the top great. Loved this place. Rooftop deck also so wonderful for cocktails.
Excellent place great location and great staff. But and this is a big but if you are a light sleeper don’t stay here !!! . The music and party in the streets goes till 3am
Such a cool hotel! Great art throughout, beautiful rooms, and amazing roof space.
We were given a room on the roof - it was odd in shape but super interesting and well decorated.
The front desk staff were amazing with every request, really enjoyed it!
What a wonderful experience in the center of town and near all. The hotel is a beautiful palace and art experience. Our balcony overlooked the square and the rooftop and garden deck were amazing to relax and drinks. So different boutique hotel. We loved it! We wish we stayed longer. It is not easy to drive to but worth the experience. We could park 5 min walk away.
Great hotel. They met our needs with a king bed. The staff was friendly and helpful we arrived early and they accommodated us. The room was large and appointed with art work. The breakfast was wonderful - included fresh cooked eggs.
Lovely hotel in a great location close to excellent restaurants, tourist sites, etc. Large, beautifully appointed room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast - omelette, fesh OJ., fruit, pastries, coffee, etc. - in an elegant surrounding. Fun artwork throughout the hotel. Enjoyed our stay here tremendously.
A fantastic building, renovated old building, rich in eclectic modern and classic design. More like a museum, with balcony breakfast space. Unique and very surprising. We love it.
This was the best hotel stay I’ve had in my 50 years of life! Sara was amazing. The ENTIRE staff was incredible, they went above and beyond. The breakfast was fit for a queen. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The baroque architecture of the hotel and entire city is to die for! And, to top it off…it’s filled with art! 10/10!
The property is located in a very busy area and closed to a lot of tourist attractions. Beautiful artwork on each floor, unique look! The room was clean and the terrace was really nice. Breakfast was really good and lots of variety of food. Staff were very friendly and polite. My only complaint is that our car was broken in a parking lot close to the hotel. I would advise travelers to park in a place where is covered to avoid our mistake ( the hotel will provide the address for you) It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. The manager was very nice and helpful with finding a dealer to fix the broken window. I really appreciated her help. Overall, we enjoyed our 3 night stay and would return.
