-Blaring music from pharmacy across the street -1 electrical outlet in entire room -no lock on 1st floor balcony door -tap handle broken off -national anthem blared out across the street at 6:00am -bells ring every 1/2 hour to nark time day and night Clean but just short of a dump by liberal Mexican standards

The hotel is in the center of town - very active and loud. The thin drapes do not block the lights from the building across the street. Only one two-prong outlet, but it doesn't work. Worker offered to let me charge my computers behind the reception desk, but I didn't take him up on it. I had asked if I could charge them in an empty room. I should have realized its location and opted for another place.

Lo único que no me gustó es que te piden (casi como obligación) que dejes la llave de tu cuarto cada que sales, y dejas tu habitación insegura, pregunte porque y me comentaron que es porque hay personas que pierden las llaves y no quieren pagar reposición. Sugerencia, que en su contrato de check in nos hagan firmar una responsiva sobre la llave y así no tener que dejar la llave en recepción

Estuvimos muy a gusto. Pero el inmueble necesita una renovación urgente. El wc fugo agua todo el tiempo y el cubo de ventilación del baño es una fuente de amplificación de ruido y voces de los otros cuartos. El personal es muy amable. Y la limpieza buena. El estacionamiento está a varias cuadras y es incómodo. Pero Catemaco y alrededores suple con creces esas fallas. Si volvería a ir

Pésimo hotel en todos sentidos . Es una vergüenza
Es un pésimo hotel Tiene un estacionamiento minúsculos y la. Ahorros de los coches de quedan en la calle La señora que está en la recepción da información incorrecta. Meti mi camioneta en el estacionamiento de otro hotel y tuve que pagar aparte. No dan facturas ( delito fiscal ) y quieren cobrar el 18 % al cliente. El wc no desagua bien y hay que jalar 3 veces Los aires acondicionados son viejo y no refrescan Duerme un todo sudado Lo pero de todo son los ruidos En el piso de arriba se oía que pegaban loseta Y anals 4 de la mañana volvieron a hacerlo ! No pudimos dormir Es el peor hotel de n que me he hospedado Como socio Gold protestó por mal inclusión de un hotel tan pésimo que además cuesta 1400 pesos . Pésimo No se hospeden aquí

En general la experiencia fue buena. Solo estuvimos una noche y considero que volvería a hospedarme aquí sin problema. A favor: la amabilidad del personal cuenta mucho, siempre se mostraron accesibles y nos brindaron facilidades para estacionamiento a pesar del cupo lleno que tenían este fin de semana. Además el hecho de ser pet friendly es un plus, que te dejen tener a tu mascota contigo sin molestar a los demás huéspedes es algo que nosotros valoramos mucho. Las camas son cómodas y la limpieza en general está bien. La ubicación es a un lado del parque y a dos cuadras de la laguna, todo está cerca. En contra: es un edificio antiguo, se ve que tuvo mejores años, una actualización en inmobiliario estaría bien, el aire acondicionado ya es insuficiente para la temperatura de la ciudad.Nos asignaron habitación con balcón, las cortinas no logran tapar la intensa luz de una farmacia que está frente al hotel y que tiene sus luces encendidas toda la noche a pesar de estar cerrada.La luz no permite dormir cómodamente.La regadera del baño necesita mayor presión de agua fría, se necesita un mini split en lugar del clima de ventana que tiene. Lo recomiendo para estancias cortas de 1 o 2 días. Es un hotel limpio y seguro para ir con familia o pareja, recomendable.
