Hudson Valley historic lodge with modern updates. Framed within 9.6 acres, the house offers 6 sleeping areas including 1 King Bed, 4 Queen beds and 1 Queen sofa bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. (House can easily accommodate 10 guests, or 12 with sofa bed.). 3 Full bathrooms. The lodge is equipped with all the essentials like a washing machine, hair dryer, heating, AC, and WiFi.

HollyKiss is the reinvention of the historic Hotchkiss House, resort and boarding rooms originally established in 1900 by Perry Hotchkiss. It was a hotbed of activity until the late 1970s, then renovated as a single family residence years later. On the surface it is like grandma's farmhouse or your summer camp lodge, but rebuilt from the inside out with rebuilt foundation, interior steel beams, and updated thermal windows to mention a few upgrades.
