nice house near Chioggia in rural surroundings

Not all apartments of the house were occupied so it was really quit and private for us. Landscape is flat so good for biking in the lagune.

Excellent vacation home

We stayed at Guerrino and Antonella’s lovely country manor from 20-27 May 2022. The cozy 3-bedroom "Tullip" apartment was more than adequate for the 4 of us and as perfect as the site photos indicate. The kitchen, dining/living area and bathroom were well equipped with all the amenities we desired. The bedrooms were large with lots of storage and comfortable beds. The pool and outdoor grounds were simply stunning! And the pool and lounge chairs were hugely appreciated after a long day of sightseeing in the local area. But most appreciated was the welcome extended by Guerrino and Antonella. They rank at the very top of the hosts we have met over many years of VRBO renting. Guerrino spoke with us almost every day and was very helpful in providing us with information on the local attractions and recommendations on the best sights to visit. We will remember his charm and wit and our stay with them very warmly for many years to come.

We loved the apartment and the house with its pool and jacuzzi very much. If it would not be that far away from our home, we would definitely come back,… maybe we will one day. The apartment is much bigger than we thought it would be, very clean and cosy, the kitchen very well equipped. The beds were comfortable, there were several pillows to choose. The bathroom was clean and the shower nicely big. We did not use the sauna, but the possibility to have two different saunas is wonderful. The gym room was a plus that we didn’t use as well, but it looked well! There is so much to do and see in that area, but you need to know that you need a car. Venice, Padua, the Po delta, Chioggia, there are many places to visit, lots to do. Or you just stay at the pool, enjoy the big terrace, the garden, the barbecue place and relax. Antonella and Guerrino welcomed us and said goodbye to us in a familiar way, they are very kind, friendly, open …just lovely people. We just felt at home and didn’t want to leave.

Perfekt gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit Pool!

Seit mehr als 40 Jahren buchen wir Ferienhäuser oder Ferienwohnungen. Noch keine einzige war derartig gepflegt, sauber und so liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet wie diese!Es begann bereits mit der überwältigenden Information über Haus, Anlage und der Umgebung und endete noch immer nicht mit dem freundlichen Empfang, lange vor der eigentlichen Check-in-Zeit! Danke!Die Kommunikation war in allen Punkten vorbildlich.Die Klimaanlage arbeitet leise und effizient und die tägliche Pflege des Pools in aller Frühe ist wirklich bemerkenswert. Wer die Umgebung von Venedig und Padua erkunden möchte ist hier absolut richtig. Unbedingt am Donnerstag den Markt in Chioggia besuchen. Er lohnt sich wirklich. Und der Supermarkt in Cavareze, "Aliper" ist hervorragend! Man ist schnell dort und bekommt mehr als alles!

Familienurlaub in traumhafter Unterkunft

Es war eine perfkte Woche , wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet , es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders toll fanden wir die Terrasse, wo wir fast immer essen konnten, mit Blick auf den tollen Pool und den wunderschönen Garten. Es liegt absolut ruhig, man ist aber auch wirklich schnell an den Strand oder nach Chioggia gefahren. Auch ein Bäcker und eine leckere Pizzeria sind in nur 3 Minuten zu erreichen. . Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Villa liegt in einem schönen, kleinen italienischen Dorf. Insgesamt sind 4 Wohnungen darin. Jede Einheit hat ihre eigenen Liegen und ihren eigenen Platz auf der Terrasse. Sehr schön, stilvoll und idyllisch eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und kümmern sich um alles, was man braucht. Sie waren jeden Morgen persönlich am Haus, um im Garten und um den Pool nach dem Rechten zu schauen. In die nächst gelegene Stadt sind es mit dem Auto 10-15 Minuten. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und schön!

Eine wunderschöne Ferienanlage an absolut traumhafter Lage und mit sehr stilvoll angelegtem Garten inklusive Pool. Die Innenaustattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich, beratend und unkompliziert. Abgesehen davon, ist Chioggia und Venedig auf jedenfall eine Reise wert. Das Wetter sowie das Ambiente waren traumhaft. Selten so gut entspannt

Wir waren Ende August/ Anfang September 2023 in der Wohnung Tulip und haben uns in der Anlage vom ersten Moment an einfach nur wohl gefühlt. Toller Pool, tolle Möglichkeiten, sich in die Sonne zu legen, eigener Parkplatz und alles sehr gut durchdacht mit klaren Regeln.Die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit und waren immer ansprechbar! Die Wohnung an sich hat alles, was man braucht, auch Kaffeekapseln und Spülmaschinentabs für die ersten Tage. Für den Pool gibt es extra Handtücher. In einem separaten Raum stehen umfangreiches Prospektmaterial und ein PC zur Planung von Ausflügen zur Verfügung und es besteht auch die Möglichkeit zu waschen (Wäscheständer und -Korb sind vorhanden, Waschmittel muss man mitbringen). Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Wohlfühlurlaub. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, dort wieder unsere Ferien zu verbringen.

Relaxation and fun in one

The house is perfect for a family vacation. The appartment "Tulip" is spaceous and has everything needed for a great time. Every room was nicely decorated, very clean and welcoming for the guests. It has all amenities needed for a stay, a private parking space, even a fitness room, sauna, and an outdoor grill. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The outside terrace is very inviting for relaxation. And the pool is a bonus. So much fun for adults and children. Communication with the hosts was easy and they are very friendly.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus für Natur und Kultur

In der ruhigen Landschaft des Etsch-Deltas befindet sich das Ferienhaus auf einem gut eingefriedeten, sehr gepflegten Grundstück - ein perfekter Ort für Entspannung und Erholung. Direkt vor der großen und gut ausgestatteten Terrasse befindet sich der Pool, der seitlich von weiteren beschatteten Liegeplätzen umgeben ist. Unser Appartement im Erdgeschoss war vollständig ausgestattet und nahm im Inneren mit einem gelungenen Mix aus antiken und modernen Möbeln die Entwicklung des historischen Gebäudes zu seiner aktuellen, und erfolgreich modernisierten Form auf. Dank Klimaanlage erweist sich das Appartement auch an sehr warmen Tagen als erholsamer Rückzugsort. Neben dem sehr schönen Haus und Grundstück sind besonders die sehr freundlichen, sympathischen und stets hilfsbereiten Vermieter zu nennen, die sich sehr um das Wohlbefinden der Feriengäste bemühen.Kurz gefasst: Herrliches Ferienhaus mit kurzen Entfernungen nach Chioggia, Venedig und zu Badestränden am Meer. Liebevoll gepflegtes Anwesen mit großem Pool und Garten

Wir hatten (Familie mit zwei Kindern mit 3 und 5 Jahren) neun tolle Übernachtungen. Guerrino und seine Frau sind sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gute Lage, um schnell in der Lagune Venedigs zu sein, in Chioggia, an den Sandstränden der Adria oder einen Ausflug ins Po- und Etsch-Delta zu unternehmen. Unglaublich saubere Wohnung und liebevoll und detailgetreu eingerichtet. Der Garten und der Pool sind super gepflegt und wenn man einfach mal richtig entspannen möchte, ist es genau der richtige Ort. Uns hat es super gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pfingstferien

Wir waren zusammen mit unseren Freunden, jede Familie in einer Wohnung, für fünf Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Alles klappte einwandfrei, wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Als der Pool defekt war, kümmerte sich Guerrino postwendend und mit unermüdlichem Einsatz um die Reparatur! Herzlichen Dank für die unvergesslichen Tage!

Fantastic apartment and garden/pool

A very nice and light apartment, with a very nice host. We think it must be the place i Italy with the highest cleaning standard, we have ever lived, and that includes 5 star hotels. We found the best food and service at the local restaurant in st. Pietro, try the menu al giorno, its very good. Ps not 3, but 2 bedrooms in the apartment, no problem for us, as we only where 2 people.

Tolle Herbstferien in wunderschöner Liegenschaft auf dem Land

Wir (5 köpfige Familie) mit Teenagern aus der Schweiz haben den Aufenthalt im Roses House in Cavarzere im Oktober sehr genossen. Die Villa aus dem 19. Jahrhundert ist sehr schön renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an Nichts. Die Kinder waren gern auch im Pool, wenngleich dieser im Herbst nur noch um die 20 Grad warm war. Ein sehr guter Ort um sich zu erholen uns zu entspannen mit viel Privatsphäre und Platz. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Chioggia, Venedig, Padua, Po-Delta, Ferrara) ist ein Auto nötig, was für uns jedoch kein Problem war, da wir mit dem Auto anreisten. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, alles gezeigt und erklärt und sich mehrmals während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts um die Sauberkeit des Pools gekümmert. Waschmaschine kann kostenlos benutzt werden und Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Sogar Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Handtücher, Badetücher und Kaffee-Kapseln waren vorhanden. Vielen Dank für diese schöne und erholsame Zeit im Roses House!
