Cavedine is located in an extremely strategic position, in the charming Valle dei Laghi, just a few minutes from Lake Garda, Trento and Monte Bondone: the ideal place to spend a holiday dedicated to sport, culture or relaxation.

Guests are welcomed by an independent apartment with a "rustic" feel, which however does not leave out comfort. NOTE: the wood stove in the accommodation cannot be used and is merely a piece of furniture.

The accommodation is provided complete with dishes, sheets, blankets, bathroom and kitchen linen; it is divided into a bedroom with a bathroom with window, a kitchen and a living room and, if necessary, can comfortably accommodate up to five people.

The building also has a comfortable terrace and a private yard closed by a gate and largely covered, which can be used to store bicycles and/or sports equipment. NOTE: these areas are "common" and not for the exclusive use of guests of the accommodation; we therefore ask you to respect the rules for civil coexistence (in particular with regard to maintaining order and cleanliness).

"Four-legged friends" are welcome, as long as they are clean, well-behaved and non-aggressive; there are no additional costs for them.

Guests of our accommodation have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits offered by the Trentino Guest Card, such as free use of public transport in Trentino, access to castles, museums and attractions (including the Verona Arena), tasting and purchasing local food and wine products at discounted prices, etc.

This is a very special property with a kind, conscientious host. It’s an ancient farmhouse carefully restored and now in the main plaza of Cavedine. The property involves a fair number of stairs, but for us it was worth it to have such a unique stay. The valley is spectacular and in all it’s a great area for exploring, walking, and cycling.

A wonderful holiday
We had a fantastic holiday in Luisa's appartment. The appartment itself was very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Luisa and Giuliana were perfect hosts, kind, helpful, always available. It was a beautiful surprise to have a gift of fresh produce from the vegetable garden. The Trentino region is simply stunning, and Cavedine is perfectly located for exploring. We hope to come back soon.

lovely apartment at the heart of a authentic Italian village
Got away from it all at this homely flat in Cavedine. Very clean and welcoming, everything you would need to cook for yourself if you wanted, a washing machine and dishwasher as well as plenty of room for the 2 of us. A lovely little terrace / balcony with a sideways view of the Piazza which is the heart of a tiny town with no aspirations to a tourist trap. there is a supermarket just 2 mins walk away and a bar in the piazza. The busses stop in the square, but we had a car, which was best to take advantage of the location. Riva del Garda and Torbole on the north shores of lake Garda are just 20 mins in the car. there is a lovely family pizzeria / resteraunt in Vigo Cavedine just 5 mins away by car. To the north Trento is only 30 mins away and loads of mountain walks and quiet cycle paths. If you like the watersports or mountain biking Riva is ideal. We got from Verona via the lakes side road in 2 - 3 hours with several little stops to look at places of interest and have coffee etc on the way, but you could make it in 75mins on the auto route. The hosts were very welcoming and there were even a few staples already in the cupboards. The building itself is really old and characterful, the Buildings round the Piazza have been there since medieval times. The house is on 4 floors with the holiday let being on the 1st floor. If there was one tiny criticism, I would say that the bathroom is a little dated and clumsily laid out, but, spotlessly clean with fresh linen and towels. In short, if you want to be near the lake and the mountains but not in one of the malls of hotels and guest houses that the towns round the lake provide this place is perfect.

Beautifully restored, authentic Italian apartment in a traditional town. Highly recommended.
Cavedine is a nice place to base yourself for trips to Riva del Garda and surrounds especially if you have a car. We had a great time walking, trekking and biking. Riva has an excellent collection of level paved cycleways that the locals love. We day-tripped to Alpe di Siusi and to Strada Delle 52 Galleries and both were awesome experiences. The old Ponale walk south from Riva was fascinating as well. From the top of the town in Cavedine there is a lovely circular archaeological walk that lets you wander along an old Roman road through pleasant countryside. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable, and overlooked the main square of town, Piazza Italia, with its central fountain. Very authentic, very Italy. Probably the nicest accommodation on our trip and Luisa and Giuliana were lovely hosts.

Perfect fairy tale town, lovely spacious apartment
My wife and I stayed at Luisa and Giuliana's apartment in Cavedine for 12 days, and absolutely fell in love. We are already dreaming of going back. The apartment has a sizable living room, kitchen, and bedroom, all of which were recently renovated inside a historic building - so you get the clean, crisp, fully functional modern experience with historic architectural highlights that remind you you're in Italy. Everything was perfectly clean and ready for our arrival, and we really loved the space. We were both working on our computers for about 1/3 of our stay, and loved setting up work space and lounge space on the day bed, couch, kitchen table, terrace, bedroom... Plenty of space for two people to be comfortable constantly. Luisa and her daughter-in-law Giuliana were extremely friendly, always available with a phone call or in their shop downstairs (literally below this apartment) - but also gave us space to have a romantic vacation. We loved getting to know them a bit, and only regret that we didn't spend more time with them. Cavedine is a small town with many things to do nearby, but is probably one of few towns in Italy that has no hotel or restaurant, and is truly a small, living and breathing town full of friendly local people. There are two fully-stocked grocery stores with more than enough produce, wine, etc. - we cooked almost all of our meals in the apartment. There is a casual bar-restaurant in the neighboring town Brusino, and a pizzeria/pasta restaurant about 4km away in Vigo Cavedine (many restaurants are a bus ride away in Arco or Trento, but buses don't run very late unfortunately). We did not have a car, and found walking and buses to be totally functional for us. There's a bus stop literally 50 ft from the apartment, with several buses each day to bigger towns like Trento, Arco, and Riva del Garda, from which you can reach anywhere else on a bus or train. We also had some excellent day trips by foot: over the hill to the nearby Lago di Cavedine and Pisoni Winery (SO GOOD); up and down the valley Cavedine sits in, where each town is about 1km apart and fun to walk through - and do some more wine tasting! There is also hiking accessible directly from Cavedine, and much more hiking accessible a bus ride away to any other town as a starting point. I did a fantastic, strenuous day hike to the peak of Monte Cornetto, which you can see from Cavedine, and it was one of my favorite days during our stay. Italian mountainside beauty

Wonderful place for us.
We are from the middle of the USA so this was a very unique place for us. We very much enjoyed the old charm of the apartment building and the village and the surrounding region. It was all a feast for our eyes. The apartment is totally updated and very clean and comfortable. The terrace with its view of the village courtyard was a hi-lite for us. Our hosts were very hospitable and wanted to be sure we are comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit this part of Italy.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Mein Mann und ich wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch unser Hund (mittelgroß) war sehr willkommen. Wir haben alles nötige erhalten, ohne dass wir Fragen mussten und haben viele Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps erhalten, auch Hinweise, wo unser Hund dort willkommen ist (diesbezüglich gab es keinerlei Hindernisse, er durfte überall mit hinein). Unsere Vermieterin war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung war wie abgebildet und sehr schön, kpl. ausgestattet (Fön, Handtücher, Geschirr, sogar Kaffee, Essig, Öl, Zucker, Nudeln waren da). Leider stand gerade ein Gerüst am Haus, aber wir haben eh sehr viel unternommen so dass es nicht groß gestört hat und hatten schöne Tage, auch gibt es eine sehr gute Busverbindung bis zum Gardasee, Trient usw. Der Gardasee war nur knapp 30 km entfernt, es gibt auch schöne Fahrradwege. Die Menschen in dem Ort waren alle sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen, mindestens jeder zweite hatte einen Hund. Es war ein sehr erholsamer und gelungener Urlaub bei einer netten und freundlichen Vermieterin.

Traumhafter Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung und herzlichen Gastgebern
Ein süßes und raffiniertes Apartment. Sauber und mit allem, was man braucht. Die Wohnküche lädt zum selber kochen ein, was wir auch oft genutzt haben. Den morgendlichen Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster auf den zentralen Dorfplatz und die umliegenden Berge, sowie den morgendlichen Kaffee auf der Terrasse - ebenfalls zum Dorfplatz raus, werden wir vermissen. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Cavedine ist ein wunderschöner, kleiner Ort und das umliegende Tal und die Berge bieten traumhafte Natur. Zwei Einkaufsläden sind im Ort fußläufig zu erreichen. Die nächste größere Stadt Trient ist sehr schön und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist jedoch auch sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erschlossen. Wir haben 15 Tage traumhaften Urlaub dort verbracht. Mille Grazie!

Schöne Wohnung
Juni 2022 Wir möchten uns bei Luisa für die schöne Wohnung bedanken. Luisa wohnt im Haus. Für 10 Tage haben wir bei herrlichem Wetter die schöne Gegend, die Brenta Dolomiten und die mit dem Auto gut erreichbaren Seen genossen ( Lago di Cavedine, Lago Molveno, den Tobliner See, den netten kleinen Lagolo - alle mit super Bergpanorama). Auf der Fahrt zum Monte Bondone hat man einen grandiosen Blick auf die ganze Gegend und kann dort schön wandern. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, nur die Beleuchtung könnte noch etwas verbessert werden. 5 Minuten zu Fuss gibt es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft von Conad. Die Cafe/Bar Italia liegt unter der Wohnung, sie ist im allgemeinen nicht laut. Leider gab es aber 1 mal eine große Feier mit lauter Techno-Musik bis Mitternacht.

Una settimana tranquilla
Ho trascorso una piacevole settimana in questo paesino tanto tranquillo quanto ricco di sorprese. Si trova in una posizione strategica che ci ha permesso di raggiungere Trento, Riva del Garda e tante altre mete. Nei pressi vi sono diversi sentieri interessanti che sfortunatamente non siamo riusciti a fare, motivo in più per tornare a rivisitare il paese! L'appartamento si trova in piena piazza, non so dirvi se sia per colpa del nostro sonno pesante ma non abbiamo avvertito alcun rumore, abbiamo dormito davvero bene! L'edificio è antico ma recentemente ristrutturato, all'interno vi è tutto il necessario: Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno, etc... Se dovessimo tornare, sappiamo già dove soggiornare!

Ein toller Urlaub
Wir waren 100%ig zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Da wir nur zu zweit waren und das Schlafzimmer weit genug von der "Bar /Café " entfernt ist, haben wir gar nichts davon gehört und wunderbar schlafen können. Wir können die Wohnung und die lieben Vermieter nur empfehlen. Einzig eine Kaffeemaschine hat gefehlt und wir haben uns mit Filteraufsatz nach alter Sitte beholfen.

Ab vom Arco-Trubel, aber mitten im Kletterparadies
altes gewölbeartiges Gebäude, schön restauriert und modernisiert. Gute Ausstattung - Nette Vermieter - tolle Lage -Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar - Dauer-Parkplatz nur 50 m weg Wir waren nur zu Zweit, dafür war es sehr groß. Bis fünf Personen ( wohl im Wohnzimmer 3x?) ist die Wohnung ausgeschrieben - geht sicher auch, aber man sollte wissen, dass alle durch das Schlafzimmer zum Bad durchlaufen müssen :-) - Empfehlenswert

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Cavedine
Wir waren für eine Woche zum wandern und für kleinere Ausflüge an den Gardasee im kleinen Cavedine. Die Wohnung liegt sehr unscheinbar über einem "Kiosk" am Marktplatz des Dorfes auf dem wir Leider nur einmal ein kleines Lastwägelchen gesehen haben, aus dem heraus Obst und Gemüse verkauft wurde. Die Bar unter der Wohnung und die bushaltestelle am Platz hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Tagsüber waren wir viel unterwegs und konnten uns abends auf dem/der Balkon/Terasse sehr gut erholen. Leider ist die wohnung etwas dunkel und mit den vielen lichtschaltern, deren Lampen nicht sehr viel Licht abwerfen, kommt man schnell durcheinander. Was uns jedoch nicht von einem wunderschönen Urlaub abgebracht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Unterkunft in schöner Umgebung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Domizil genossen. Eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und eine schöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen und schönem Dorf. Ab und zu störten abends die Geräusche aus der Bar. Die Lage in den südlichen Alpen und nahe des Gardasees machten viele unterschiedliche Wanderungen und Ausflüge möglich.
