Cozy house in the heart of Tuscany near Chianti and the cities of art

Very spacious and comfortable, in the center of the village. Built in 1920 by my grandmother, the house has always been the home of my family.

The house has been recently renovated, with attention and respect for the constructive and affective features; in fact, some grandmother's furniture has been preserved. It can comfortably accommodate up to five people.
Is on a first floor. The lightblue bedroom overlooking the garden has a double bed and the bathroom with private shower. The room has an antique wardrobe of the nineteenth century and a large and comfortable double bed. The living area is very large, it is decorated with "patinating" technique, with light orange walls and light green ceiling; in the comfortable living room sofas, library with tourist guides and books available for consulting. The kitchen is microwave, electric oven, refrigerator and other small appliances, Nespresso machine, kettle, extendable table with chairs and TV. The large terrace, open from the living room, is equipped with a parasol, table and chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen, a small veranda / laundry room with sink and washing machine; from the terrace overlooking the garden.

The large private garden, with a view to the back of the house. Here you will have the opportunity to enjoy moments of relaxation, fitness or simply leisure, there are chairs and exercise equipment at your disposal.

In about 10 minutes you can reach three public swimming pools: Las Vegas in San Giovanni Valdarno, Municipal Pool in Montevarchi and Valdarno Pool in Terranuova B. ni.

The house, located in the center of the village of Cavriglia, remains very convenient for any need; a few meters you find the pharmacy, the restaurant the Osteria dei Trenta, the Pizzeria La Cantinetta and then in the central square the ice cream shop, the supermarket, the tobacconist bar, the laundry etc.
The village of Cavriglia is considered the gateway to the Chianti area, the splendid Tuscan landscape where you can immerse yourself by taking the minutes by car. An important landscape from the trees and vines, interspersed with woods and pastures, where you can taste the products of this marvelous territory, bump into the works of great Renaissance artists or even contemporary artists who have chosen Chianti as a stage for their work.
Cavriglia enjoys a central position with respect to Florence, Siena and Arezzo, all of which is an ideal base for visiting all of Tuscany. Easily accessible to major cities of Tuscany, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, but also Montalcino, Pienza, the Crete Senesi, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Certaldo, Volterra, Vinci, Anghiari, Sansepolcro ... the list is really along the excursions of the Tuscan territory.
