The staff was delightful and very friendly. I didn't care for the beggars on the street outside the hotel, but that's common for Cebu.

Nice facility, but noisy staff
Very clean. Large, comfortable rooms. The biggest negative was staff wandering the halls with their walkie volumes turned up loud. There was always constant chatter. It wasn’t very peaceful due to walkie chatter echoing through the large hallways. Also twice I had “do not disturb” light on and housekeeping knocked.

Hotel was in a good location, walkable to a shopping mall and restaurant's. Hotel food is very average. Staff are friendly and polite. My room was at 15th floor, i remembered requesting my room to be clean around 9am ( I literally noticed the house keeping only 2 rooms away from my room). Took the housekeeping forever to clean my room, I ended up calling the house keeping who skipped my room and asked her if she could wipe my table that has a dead cockroach.the house keeping was very polite, came to my room and only wiped my table with a used cleaning cloth, i never noticed her using any disinfectant or any cleaning solution or spray. Well, the housekeeping asked me if she could just comeback after she was done with her other staff and my response was, yes and push the do not disturbed botton. All in all this hotel safe and ok, food is average, walkable to a mall and a lot of restaurant around the hotel.

It was fine - just needed a place to sleep. Breakfast buffet choices were limited. Poor noise insulation-even on 11th floor, the traffic noise below was loudly heard.

Gave us only half of a roll of tissue, you have to call reception for more. Key card didn't work during check in so you have to wait for the IT guys to fix it. Ref, wasn't turned on. We have to call reception because the switch is hidden.

3 stars hotel. Don’t expect for very fancy. downside - limited city view, I'm staying at 19 floor room 1927 over looking pag ibig view but still a limited sighting at city view. Breakfast - for me, not my ideal breakfast food. I just eat sausage and egg. Just surprise, one of their breakfast menu is spaghetti. Costumer service - I got my expectations, over all - A very comfortable stay, affordable rate. Walking distance to shopping mall.
