New and clean, good service
The place is clean and elegant. Don't really have any complaints. It's new and the front desk is pretty helpful. I probably would have enjoyed my stay more if it wasn't raining. The only thing is the location. It's farther from places than I thought.

Bad experience will not stay again
This was a very poor experience overall. First, the wifi in the whole hotel except the business area did not work. If the business area wifi works, they should be able to get service elsewhere in the property. The room was dirty when I arrived and the team realized that when they let me in so spent 15+ minutes cleaning it. The faucet in the kitchen leaked all over the floor but I was so frustrated with the service that I didnt bother to change rooms. Finally, I had a 6am flight so I asked them 3 times the night before to make sure to book me a taxi for 4am. I had a suspicion they wouldnt succeed so I went downstairs at 345am. There was no taxi and despite their apparent attempts at calling, they didnt succeed. At 415am i ran into the street in the rain myself to find a taxi. The staff performance overall was very poor. I would not recommend anyone to stay there ever. Find a better place.

Great hotel but lacking attention to details.
It is a condo-tel. We were comfortable and feel at home. Room service was not attentive such as, wet dirty towel was not replaced with a new one. Went down to complain about it and was never given a replacement. Swimming pool was closed by 8 pm and was not been notified prior to us going for a swim. Garbage were not collected.

快適
シヌログフェスティバルの時期に、男3人で2泊しました。シャワーはお湯が出なかったけど部屋はキレイでした。 17階からでもニワトリの鳴き声がよく聞こえました。 想像してたよりはいい感じでした。

子どもをプールに入れようと思ったら、フィリピン人一家がプールをbooking中。何の表示も無く、入ったらすぐにスタッフが来て貸切との事。夜8時半からなら入れるって、子どもに風邪をひかせる気なのかと腹ただしい。

깨끗하고 고급스럽지만 위치가 별로
후기가 없어서 선택하고도 잘 한건지 좀 불안했었는데 객실자체는 가격대비 훌륭합니다. 깨끗하고 인테리어도 세련됐구요 무엇보다 시설대비 가격이 넘 훌륭해요. 2베드룸스윗을 12만원대 예약했으니까요. 하지만 위치가 좀 외져서 택시잡기도 힘들고 밤에 주변에 걸어나갈때 좀 무섭습니다. 지도상으로는 아얄라몰이 그리멀지않은것 같은데 도로상황이 좋지않아 도보로 찾아가긴 편치는 않아요. 제가 영어를 잘하지 못하기도 하지만 타숙박업소에서 체크인할때나 궁금한점 문의시 전혀 어려움없었는데 불친절하진않은데 해당직원의 자질이 부족한건지 그동안 한국인 관광객이 많이 없어서 그랬던건지 체크인할때도 예약정보를 바로 찾지못해 헤매다가 매니져로 보이는 분이 오셔서 해결되었습니다. 렌트하셔서 이동수단을 해결하실분들, 남성분들이나, 밤에 나와서 돌아다니실일없으신분들에게는 추천합니다 참 마지막으로 난 닭우는 소리가 너무 너무싫다 견디기 힘들다 하시는 분들은 건물옆에 키우는 닭을 잡았다는게 확인되기 전까지 다시 한번 생각해보세요 나중엔 익숙해져서 그러려니했는데 잠들면서 닭우는 소리듣고 잠들고 닭우는 소리 들으면서 깼습니다.
